Sunrise Villa
Welcome to Sunrise Villa, a luxury two bedroomed villa on the âOrestiada Home Valleyâ development with WIFI which sleeps up to 4 people.
**Please note in 2024 a new development of villas are being built on the land surrounding Sunrise Villa. This will cause noise and possibly dust during working hours. For those that spend their days at the beach, you can enjoy this villa after working hours for a discounted rate. Please enquire with your selected dates and a discount on the rates will be applied**.
The villa is finished to a high spec with granite worktops in the kitchen and high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The villa is very spacious and homely and suitable for families or two couples. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have views over the pool and the local landscape.
The private pool is kidney shaped with roman steps (with a shallow and deep end) and has the sun all day. There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan and an outside dining table and chairs for serving up food off the BBQ!
There are communal gardens on the complex which boasts a basketball court and childrens play area.
Ideal for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday but still close to the beaches and a short walk away to the bars and restaurants. Plus, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a short bus journey away so ideal for more lively nights outâŠ
