Bara minskat med 10% !!! Denna vackra 3 sovrum ligger bara några meter från havet och har fantastisk utsikt över Ayia Thekla kusten. Bara 5 minuters promenad till närmaste strand och 5 minuters bilresa till Ayia Napa. 30 minuter från Larnaca flygplats, är det ett utmärkt val för familjer och blandade par som söker en avkopplande vistelse på ett bra läge, men nära nog att komma till närmaste stränder och Ayia Napa. Villan är modern och snyggt inredd. Bottenvåningen har en rymlig öppen planlösning med mysiga sittplatser som konverterar till sängar och Smart TV. Matplatsen rymmer 8 personer och det utrustade köket har allt som behövs för en bekväm självhushåll vistelse. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng på bottenvåningen. På övervåningen finns ytterligare 2 dubbelrum, ett med dörrar som leder till en rymlig balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt. Det finns också en familj badrum med bad på övervåningen och separat duschkabin och toalett på bottenvåningen. Villaen har ett expansivt trädgårdsområde med en stor pool. Det finns gott om plats för sol och ute ute. Gratis WIFI och freeview / smart TV finns och villan är full luftkonditionering.

Excellent house, well-equipped and a large pool. Quiet neighborhood and with a car it was easy to go on trips or shopping. Impressive introduction booklet from the owner before arrival and very smooth and professional check-in and check-out

Restful and Relaxing

Such a lovely place to spend time relaxing after a family wedding. The villa was well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We hired a car to get around although there is a well run bus service locally.

Amazing time in Cyprus!

We just spent 18 lovely days in this amazing Villa. The house had everything we needed to make our meals etc. The check in / check out was a piece of cake. The villa is as shown on the pictures, if not better and you shouldn’t hesitate to order a stay if you’re looking for a place.

Close to beaches

Enjoyed the pool and location within 15-20 min driving distance to beaches. Enjoyed having dinner under the veranda which also has lights at night. Had to buy our own coffee, though, even though there was an espresso pod machine without pods. Some kitchen items out of date or broken, like french press that had chipped glass so be careful.

A superb villa for a wonderful holiday

The villa was exactly how its shown in the listing, secure gates to the front, your own space to relax and enjoy the wonderful pool. Inside the well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge areas, and choice of indoor or outdoor dining was great. We only used the double bedroom for our stay, but a comfy bed, very quiet area. The surrounding areas were very quiet, but lots of choices to grab a coffee, or dinner out. A car is essential but its not expensive, and gives you the option to explore Ayia Napa and surrounding areas + pop to Lidl or the Hypermarket for provisions. We actually extended our stay by a week once we arrived, and realised what a great villa we'd found. Thoroughly recommend it, superb villa.

Return Trip

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Villa Harsha and yet again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had cause to call the management company and the problems we had were resolved within 24 hours . One problem being the dishwasher which was replaced. We love the area of Ayia Thekla and the Villa is like a home from home. As normal it was really hard to leave and return to the UK.

Excellent Villa in great location

We stayed at this villa for the first time last year and loved it so much we booked again. Despite all the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic over the last few months we`ve been fortunate enough to have had a relaxing family holiday in a safe and friendly environment. Assuming that there will be ongoing disruption to holidays for the foreseeable future we`ve already booked again for next year! The Villa has been maintained to a very high standard and is modern and clutter free allowing occupants to maintain a clean and virus free environment. Especially important during this current climate. The owner has continued to make improvements and has now installed a 4m x 3m slatted pergola with soft LED lighting providing shade during the day and an inviting place to sit and drink during the evening. The lighting options also provides plenty of illumination to cook using the onsite traditional Cypriot BBQ. The Villa location is great for early morning walks along the coast to either the nearby inlet of Potamos or the new marina currently under construction near Agia Thekla beach. The local restaurant, Zafiri, is still excellent value for money even though customer numbers were considerably reduced from 2019. Combined with my review of 2019 we can fully recommend this Villa for your next holiday.

Refurbished contemporary style villa in great location

The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard and decorated with contemporary style ikea furniture and fixings. Interior is light and airy with unrestricted air conditioning throughout. There is however an electricity allowance of 200kw per week which means that any amounts exceeding the allowance is chargeable at a a rate of 30 cents per kw. The owners have included free cleaning products and every conceivable cooking appliance throughout. A dishwasher and smart tv with net flicks is also provided. Bedrooms are well laid out with ikea beds and furniture to match. The property has a large well kept pool and large patio area with 6 sun beds and outside table and chairs for 8. Shade is limited as only one umbrella is provided. A traditional Cypriot charcoal bbq is provided although outside lighting is limited resulting in bbqing by torchlight. New electronic gates have been installed providing extra security and a safe is provided at no extra cost. The sea is approx 150m away at the end of the road with sirens beach approx 250m away and Ayia Theklas beach a 2min drive. Taxis to Ayia napa seemed expensive as my two daughters had to pay 15 euro into town and 20 euro after midnight. The villa booklet only suggests an average taxi fee of 8 euro. Wi-Fi in the villa is good. We absolutely loved the villa and location and would not hesitate recommending it.

We only stayed for 4 nights, but it’s beautiful villa and well looked after. Have everything you need there. Would recommend the villa. Would definitely stay there again. :) good communication with the villa’s owner too. :)

Lovely Villa in quiet location

The villa had everything we needed, was well looked after and very secure. Spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the lovely pool which was cleaned twice by the friendly pool guys during our one week stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Villa Harsha to anyone wishing to stay in Ayia Thekla.

Another superb stay at Villa Harsha

This was our 2nd visit to the villa, and it was a brilliant and we remembered. Great location, secure, clean, just total relaxation for 19 nights. The pool men are very friendly, the mid stay cleaners did a great job, and even a faulty washing machine was fixed within an hour of reporting it. Thoroughly recommend this villa, it’s simply a great place to stay.

Gutes und gepflegtes Haus in der Nähe von Agia Napa

Gepflegtes Haus mit Pool und allen Dingen die für das tägliche Leben benötigt werden. Sehr gute Grillmöglichkeit mit viel Zubehör. Sehr ruhige Gegend (fast nur Anwohner). Man ist sehr schnell in Agia Napa. Wir würden es nochmal buchen. Danke George!

Great Villa in Peaceful Location

We stayed at Villa Harsha for 19 nights. The Villa is beautiful, with everything you need. It is maintained to the highest standard. Well looked after and all seems as if it was only placed there yesterday. The pool is great with sun on it nearly all day. BBQ Facilities for a bit of outdoor cooking. Nice quiet Cul-deSac location and not overlooked by the surrounding Bungalows, it gives you that extra feeling of privacy to enjoy your time in & outdoors. Neighbours are polite and quiet also. Pool cleaned twice a week, Villa cleaned on a weekly basis if you are staying longer. The guys (& gals) who come are friendly and nothing is too much trouble if you need to ask any questions. Car is recommended unless you enjoy Taxi'ing around, but having your own transport is good for shopping further afield to stock up on home comfort food & drinks. Although Ayia Thekla Supermarket is within walking distance anyhow and does have everything you would need if cooking at the Villa etc. When I leave a review, I always like to add a pointer at the end... You know, some recommendation that could have made the stay a little better, but this time I cannot find anything that I would wish for differently during our stay. It was "PERFECT" Thanks George for sharing Villa Harsha. We will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful Villa

From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a wonderful stay at George’s villa. The villa is situated perfectly with local amenities on your front door step and a beautiful sea view! The villa is perfectly clean inside and out with an amazing pool area. Everything you need is provided and readily available it really took our breath away. Myself and my husband were married during our recent stay in Cyprus and we could not have wished for a more perfect place to stay. George himself was extremely accommodating and communicated well throughout our stay. The information provided was top notch and the area was peaceful yet only a 5 minute drive away from Ayia Napa and a short walk away from Sirens beach where we actually tied the knot. We would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. Thank you again for a perfect wedding holiday!

Fantastic!

Gorgeous Villa. Very well maintained and presented. We spent a lot of time choosing a Villa and if you are wanting to stay in this area don’t delay simply book it you won’t be disappointed! George the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will look forward to coming back. Lovely Villa near the Coast

This villa suited all of our needs for our recent holiday to the Ayia Thekla area. It had everything we needed and was very well looked after inside and out. We hired a car and was able to access Ayia Napa with ease as well as Protaras, Cape Greco etc. It is in a lovely cul-de-sac location which is lovely and quiet. George was exceptional in answering queries and being so helpful with our stay. We would not hesitate in recommending and would love to go back to Villa Harsha.

Villa Harsha was fantastic!

My 2 sons and I stayed at the Villa in August and I have to say we could have not asked for more. The villa was very well presented, very clean and obviously cared for and maintained to the highest standard. George was really prompt to answer all questions I had leading up to the booking and throughout our stay. The location is excellent with a shop within walking distance. We hired a car to explore more of the local area but there are a couple of good restaurants locally. We will be staying again. Thank you George for a great villa and making it all very easy!

Wonderful villa in great location

The owner George was wonderfully supportive throughout our whole experience. He was attentive, informative and nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is in a lovely quiet area just a short trip away from Ayia Napa. It is set in a small development of properties that consists of many friendly neighbours who live there permanently. It provides plenty of natural light from numerous doors and windows which also allows a gentle breeze through the villa all day long. However, it also has air conditioning too. It has all the modern facilities you could possibly want including a washing machine and a dish washer. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of storage space for clothes so there is no need to live out of your case. The pool was cleaned twice a week and as it is private it was so peaceful and a very reasonable size. The outside shower was a massive bonus too. You can get the sun all day long here without even moving any of the numerous sunbeds. We dined al-fresco every day as there is plenty of outside dining furniture. You can see the sea from the poolside and will find it provides lovely evening sun sets. As does the balcony off of the main bedroom. Location wise it is just over a 7 minute bus trip into the central strip of Ayia Napa. It is only €1.50 per person on any bus trip, but it does go up to €3 after 9pm. They are so handy and convenient to get about. A car would be recommended for those wishing to explore further a field but we easily managed for a fortnight with buses and the odd early morning taxi. Ayia Napa has so much to offer that it has something for everyone which is why the age of visitors was so diverse from young to old. A few bus trips to Protaras too also offers even more variety. To summarise I would have no hesitation in returning to this wonderful villa again and the help the owner provided was first class. George, thank you so much! Lee and Nadia.
