The perfect home!

Amazing location and everything was exactly as advertised! We had a great time and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. It has everything you could ever need on a trip to Lake Arrowhead!

Fun and amazing getaway with the kids

Went on a nice weekend getaway for the first time to lake arrowhead. The cabin was beautiful and well kept. It has great amenities like a jacuzzi and a washer drier and fire places. Very kid friendly and close to the village

Great Lake Arrowhead Get-away

Very roomy accommodations. The owners are very responsive to all questions. The house is at the end of the street, so it is very quiet and private. It is a wonderful place to kick back and relax and enjoy all the greenery. We had a great time and will definitely try to stay here again if we are looking for a place in the area.

Peaceful secluded cabin just minutes from town

Had a great time this weekend with a few friends staying at Hillside Haven. Neighbors are far enough that it feels like you are all alone and can't hear anything but the sounds of nature. The house was clean and could easily sleep a much larger group. The jacuzzi was a nice added bonus and the beds were all comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. If I head to Lake Arrowhead again in the future I will definitely check to see if this place is available for rent.

Perfect Retreat

The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was clean and warm and in the most serene setting. The home was peaceful and the views and sounds of the creek and the woods were so peaceful. There were enough outdoor spaces for a different feel and view and the home was secluded and out of view of any neighbors. We were there for a work retreat, we were able to be creative and productive enough for time to have fun in town and on great hikes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

Cozy and comfy cabin with great privacy

Amazing stay in this cozy cabin. Plenty of space and very clean. There was a power outage during our arrival, but this didn't affect us at all due to the house having a generator. My friends who stayed in another VRBO rental wasn't so lucky as they ended up with no power and no place to stay. Also great that it is the last house on the street, offering great privacy for a peaceful getaway! 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay at Hillside Haven. It was just the two of us but the property would also be great for a larger group. Nicely appointed, clean, and in a beautiful, quiet location. A perfect escape, and the owners were very communicative and helpful.

Nice place!

Very comfortable! Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed staying here! Only problem was the hot tub would not get warm. We followed directions and have a hot tub at home. The house was very cold m, esp on the middle level. It took a while to warm up but fireplaces definitely helped!

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Hillside Haven! The house was clean and comfortable. The views made it feel like we were in a tree house and we could hear the running water from the little creek below. The only downside was that the hot tub never got hot enough for us to enjoy. We were really looking forward to that. Other than that, house was perfect!

Quiet and peaceful

Nice home at the end of the road. Not crowded together like most of the properties in the area. Short pleasant drive to the village. Well maintained. Comfortable beds and furnishings. AC, hot tub, appliances, TV's, etc worked perfectly. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to have a second sofa on the upper floor so we could all sit together but not a problem.. We all had a great time. Thank you🙂 well.

Love this house!

This was our second stay and we absolutely love the house, the location and the privacy! A bit of maintenance is needed outside, but that's to be expected as we were there during the transition from Winter to Spring and it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the home at all.

The home is beautiful and as advertised. Very secluded and private. Surrounded by trees with an awesome stream down below. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Only hiccup was I couldn’t get the gas fireplace to come on. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!

3rd time stay and still loving it

We love getting away to Hillside Haven. The privacy is fantastic. My girls never want to leave. Have so much fun playing hide and seek with their dad in this 3 level home. The view of trees, birds and squirrels frolicking while sipping my coffee makes me a happy lady. Everything is clean and tidy and decor is perfect. Thx for another fun family getaway ❤️

LOVED THIS CABIN!

It seems like we picked the perfect time to come up to Lake Arrowhead to stay at the cabin. We got a mix of beautiful mountain rains and a good amount of snow while we were at the cabin. The big windows were beautiful to enjoy views of snow, rain, and sunshine into the woods without another house in sight - a really special experience! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized the space was for us to stay for 2 weeks. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. while we were there which made the entire stay really relaxing. Steve & Michelle were super responsive for anything we needed and we appreciated them handling things right away that needed to be done like a light that wasn’t working properly - we had electrician called immediately to get it fixed. I would also like to note that the beds were extremely comfortable and clean and loved the shower pressure! You never think about the little things but those definitely made the stay that much better. Thanks for a lovely stay and look forward to coming back to the mountains soon!
