The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, accommodating up to four guests, and a small balcony with a table, perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts.

Charming La Latina Life is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant temperature year-round. Additionally, the apartment offers free high-speed WiFi, ideal for remote workers.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, diswasher and a full selection of utensils and tableware. There is also a ground coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Charming La Latina Life includes a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of studying or working in the city.

Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed with bedding and a wardrobe for storing clothes. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower, and we provide towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

From the Airport:

By taxi: Fixed fare of €33.
By metro: Take Line 8from the airport, transfer at Colombia to Line 9to Núñez de Balboa, then transfer to Line 5 to Puerta de Toledo. From there, it's a short walk.
From Atocha Train Station:

Take Line 1, transfer at Gran Víato Line 5, get off at Puerta de Toledo, then walk a few minutes.
From Chamartín Train Station:

Take Line 10, transfer at Alonso Martínez to Line 5, then get off at Puerta de Toledo and walk to the apartment.
