ACCOMMODATION



Level -1

Drive up to find private parking for 2-3 cars, offering convenience and ease of access. While not the main entrance to the villa, there is access from the driveway into the lower level and two charming double bedrooms, each equipped with individual air conditioning and TV. One bedroom boasts quirky furniture and a sofa bed, providing a cosy retreat.



The other double bedroom offers direct access to the terrace, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.Adjacent to the bedrooms there is the bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. In the hallway there is also a convenient kitchenette with a sink and extra fridge stands ready to cater to your poolside refreshment needs.



A utility room equipped with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.Level 0

Accessible via an exterior staircase or interior lift, this floor serves as the official entrance to the villa. Upon entry, you are welcomed by the bright open-plan sitting room and kitchen.



The expansive space boasts a sleek kitchen island/breakfast bar, complete with high-end appliances and a kitchen TV. Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating 6 with the option to add more chairs and indulge in epicurean delights amidst the stylish surroundings.Near the glass lift which sits in the centre of the room, the living room with two large sofas beckon for relaxation, accompanied by an extra-large TV, making it the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of fun.Access the pool area via the kitchen where you can enjoy al fresco dining or bask in the sun.

Enter level 1 of Villa La Palmera via an internal staircase or lift. On this level there are four inviting air conditioned bedrooms.The master bedroom boasts luxurious amenities, including a walk-in wardrobe and a free-standing bath.



The large bathroom features a double sink and a spacious double walk-in shower, while a separate access door leads to an exterior shower, offering a unique bathing experience.Two double bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows provide cosy accommodations, along with an additional bunk bed room. Each room is equipped with wardrobes for your convenience. A corner bathroom, complete with a bath and shower attachment, sink, and WC, serves as a shared space for the three bedrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.



From this level there is access to the back terrace where the play area is located, fully equipped with a slide, swing, playhouse and chalk board.For those seeking a workout, access the back staircase to find a wooden shed housing a mini gym, equipped with air conditioning, a running machine, bench with weights, plus a sink and mini fridge.



Level 2 – Rooftop Terrace

Level 2 can be accessed via the stair case in the play area or by the internal lift.

Ascend to level 2 of Villa La Palmera and discover the rooftop terrace. This is a space designed for outdoor enjoyment, where you can dine, relax and unwind. It is accessible from the external staircase from the back garden or via lift.



This space offers panoramic views across the sea, Sitges and surrounding hills. Covered in artificial grass, here you will find an exterior kitchen, complete with a BBQ and sink, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.
