Nu ingår medlemskap i Harbour Town pool; också gratis Netflix och Amazon Prime!Klicka på "Skicka e-post" länken; Detta kommer direkt till mig och jag svarar väldigt snabbt på eventuella frågor du kan ha! Jag är stolt över snabbt och noggrant svar. Jag håller också VRBO kalenderström så att du alltid kan leta efter potentiella tider att stanna. Jag äger och hyra denna lägenhet själv och alla förfrågningar besvaras av mig personligen och omedelbart. Mariners Way består av 18 lägenheter som alla är privatägda med kanske 1/2 som är tillgängliga för gästuthyrning och 7 butiker på marknivå. Hela vårt exteriör har blivit "freshened" och ser bra ut. Min lägenhet hade ett komplett kök och badrum renovering uppdaterad färdig 4Q2018. Perfekt för din vistelse!
OBS: Lördag-lördag för veckovis vistelse. Fler veckor finns också!

Ovanför de Shoppes från Harbour Town. Visa de många båtarna i Harbor Town Marina från balkongen.
Promenera till fyren, restauranger, butiker eller sitta i gungstolar runt marinan! Miles och miles av asfalterade cykelvägar! Promenera till PGA Tour golf plats-världsberömda Harbour Town Golf Links, hem för Heritage Classic.

Gratis Sea Pines "bussar" till stranden 1 mil bort. Smakfullt inredda med 2 dubbelsängar i varje sovrum och 2 stora badrum. Mycket stor lekplats för barn i närheten - perfekt för barn och barnbarn. Djurvänligt. Under säsongen, gratis underhållning varje kväll och gå dans på till levande musik på Quarterdeck Restaurant & Bar-rätt på vackra Calibogue Sound. Ring eller email för tillgänglighet och pris för Heritage vecka 10-17 april.
Ingen South Carolina "moms" som jag rapporterar och betalar direkt. Jag inkluderar också alla städavgifter på hyran och betalar det direkt. Din enda andra avgift är Sea Pines "Gate Pass" när du anger: det är $ 22 / vecka och betalas endast kontant.

Fantastic stay

We had a great time. The condo is just lovely & the owner Gene was wonderful to work with. We loved people watching on the patio & being able to bring our little furbaby with us who also enjoyed the patio. We had no issues, not even with parking. We roamed around Harbortown, rode the shuttle, used the beautiful pool & just relaxed.

Perfection!

Thank you sharing your condo with us! The location is in the middle of Harbour Town, steps from food and drinks. The pool was an easy 5 minute walk and the shuttles take you to the beach. The king mattress was the best we've ever slept in in a rental. We will be back!

Great place right in the middle of the fun stuff!!

This was my family’s first trip to Hilton Head. And this property was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable And there was a blow dryer in the master bathroom. There were fans available to help with temperature as July is super hot in Hilton Head. I was traveling with my 15-year-old son and my mother and we all had plenty to do. We loved being able to listen to Greg Russell from our balcony. The parking is pretty easy. If we did go out and came back during a busy time, I was able to find a space perhaps far away, but then was able to move the car closer first thing the next morning We were able to take the trolley to the beach each day. We used the pool three times. The pool is super close 5 foot or bike. The host is very accessible, although, we really didn’t need anything. The kitchen is stocked with most everything that you need. There are restaurants downstairs That are great… And they offer fantastic cocktails. We rented bikes so we were able to go most everywhere that we wanted to go on our bikes or by taking the trolley.

Loved this location!

We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. It was nice to be able to not really drive anywhere with such a perfect location of this rental. Highly recommend the restaurants Truffles, Bowdie’s, Nectar and Quarterdeck. We also rented bikes, which was nice for our stay. Try the ice cream, it was great, with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication was great! Thank you for letting us stay!

Harbour Town vacation

We spent a week in this condo 6/15 - 6/22. Owner was very responsive and helpful with all the information we needed for a great stay. This condo is located above the stores in Harbour Town, in Sea Pines. Restaurants and shops are steps away, and other shops and restaurants can be reached by a short trolley ride. The Beach Club and beaches were beautiful. Our only challenge was parking, but we quickly determined the busy times, and just worked our schedule around them, and always had a spot. It was great trip!

Fabulous stay

This condo at Mariners Way in the heart of Harbourtown is perfect! The condo itself is clean, well appointed, appropriately decorated & comfortable. The location is extraordinary. You are right in the middle of restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, bakeries, the marina and Lighthouse and they are within walking distance .. it’s amazing!! We LOVED our stay!!

I will be returning for sure!

If I could give 100 stars for communication with host and location, I totally would! Gene is the friendliest and by far the most responsive property manager I’ve ever worked with. And the location is perfect - very close to the pier, many shops, multiple restaurants, and beautiful scenery. And if you like people watching as much as I do, this is the perfect place for it! I’ve been visiting Sea Pines for years and used to stay in the South Beach area by Salty Dog, but Harbour Town is my new favorite area. I hope to be a repeat customer for many years to come and can’t wait to return. I cannot recommend this condo enough. Thank you, Gene, for making our stay fabulous and memorable.

Better Than We Could Ever Have Imagined

From the minute we arrived in the gates of Sea Pines we saw beautiful Oak trees, barn and stables, local flower garden that invites you to come in and help tend the flowers to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, biking and walking trails, Beach Club with nice beach access and the most beautiful landscaped areas I have ever seen. Condo was clean and very nice. The view of Harbor Town was amazing. Balcony overlooked the Harbor Town district. Perfect for people watching. Best restaurants (Quarter Deck and Crazy Crab) and shopping just steps away from the condo and into the mix of things to include the Harbor Town lighthouse which was ever so cool! Boardwalk full of rocking chairs to sit back and relax under the Oaks and enjoy the view of the amazing yacht's moored here. At night it is spectacular. You can walk around the boardwalk completely and sit just off the 18th hole of the golf course and enjoy a great sunset or sunrise view. There is a bakery/coffee cafe shop across the street which is great! Go to Publix/Harry Teeters before you get to condo and stock up on groceries. Gregg Russell Harbor Town Playground, just outside the condo and built around the Oak Trees. They say its for kids but it is amazing and after dark we enjoyed sitting out on the treehouse decks built around and into the Oaks. Park the car, don't need it. Everything is accessible by trolley (during season) or bikes. Great place for everyone, including pets (and kids too). Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice place and location. The Owner Gene is the best host we have ever encountered. The details provided before we arrived were so detailed and easy to follow. They do not leave out any details. We can’t wait to stay there again in the near future!

Amazing place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star evaluation!

We stayed in this absolutely gorgeous apartment in Hilton Head for 6 nights. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn’t anything not working or missing. We did the laundry in the apartment too - worked perfectly and machines were nice and clean. Everything was clean and exactly as it should be!! . Location is wonderful and it’s very easy to find a place to see, use the pool (5 min walk) enjoy a dinner or ice at the small and cozy harbour. We rented bikes at Mikes Bikes - they were delivered to the house and picked up again. Very convenient. Parking - pls follow Gene’s instructions 🙏😅 Gene is AMAZING! So sweet and so kind. Responds to all messages very quickly! Thank you again Gene for making our stay GREAT! Very warm hospitality.

stayed right in the middle of Harbor Town. Shops, restaurants, playground, pool, marina, and even the famous Greg Russell show are all just steps away. Our greatest endorsement is we absolutely would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed…and more!

My husband and I came to Hilton Head for the first time without our grown children and their friends and were wondering what we would do every night when the sidewalks rolled up on the island. This sounded like the perfect place, and it was! Easiest check-in EVER. We bought our parking pass like every other visitor to Sea Pines, drove straight to the condo, and used the code to enter the condo! There was even a backup key at the door in case the code didn’t work! Gene has thought of everything! In addition to all of the information and advice he graciously sends ahead of time, there are little helpful notes around the condo to help things run smoothly! Most reviewers comment on the parking because you literally have a front row seat to one of the most popular places on the island (we spent way too much time on the balcony watching people), and parking is ridiculous for sure. My suggestion is that if you’ve taken a lap and no spaces come available in the afternoon or evening, park at the Shops at Sea Pines Center. Every trolley route stops there, and the condo is only one air conditioned trolley stop away. If you want to move your car closer when the crowds leave, the trolleys run until 10 pm every night, so just hop on the trolley again and move your car closer after the Gregg Russell show is over! We rode the trolleys to the beach every day! So easy! With the other two double beds, extra bathroom, and two sofas, we will definitely bring our family next time! We loved it!

Perfect Harbourtown location

This condo was the perfect location for our little family. Down the steps and you’re right in all the action Harbourtown has to offer. The owner was always prompt and fast to respond, in addition to providing all kinds of helpful information of the island and area. The condo itself had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy! The pool pass to Harbourtown pool was the perfect addition to the condo and a very short walk across the parking lot. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. Thanks again Gene and Karen for opening up your home! :)

My wife Karen and I have owned this condo since 1998. We are both graduates of the University of South Carolina and have been visiting beautiful Hilton Head Island since 1970. I am retired IBM and now live in Atlanta. We are avid golfers and members of Atlanta Athletic Club. Along with golf, we spend our time doting on our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel- Cooper! I hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!!!

Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island is a truly beautiful place- very relaxing: we just loved the place since first visiting in 1970. We bought in 1998 so now have owned for 24 years! Mariners Way is a "boutique" condo complex as there are only 18 residential condos [probably less than half available for guest rental] and ground level as 7 small shops. And we are literally steps away from the 'harbor" of Harbour Town. And we love golf and Sea Pines is known for world class golf including the PGA Tour every year the week after the Masters!
