To the left, guests can access the kitchen or continue down the hall where a half bathroom is located to the right, before entering the great room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, pantry storage, and a coffee maker. Heading through to the dining room, there is seating for 6 around the table overlooking the living room. The living room is a lowered space in the home with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and patio access. The lowered area of the living room is perfect for providing additional privacy for guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Just out the patio doors, guests can relax at the outdoor dining table with garden views or cook on the propane grill!

Heading back inside and up the stairs, bedroom 1 is located on the left. Bedroom 1 features 2 twin-sized beds, a smart TV, additional closet space, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
