Parking - There is room for 2 cars on the driveway.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.
This is a residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet times are 11pm - 7am, please keep noise to a minimum during these times, including TV volume. Please do not be in the garden during these times.
Please note that a minimum of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ÂŁ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the apartment
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are
guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
