The Space
The villa consists of 3 levels, arranged as follows:
On the ground floor, youâll find the garage, the heating system, and a recreation area with a ping pong table and other games.
Going up to the first floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation and a large dining table.
On the same level, there is a 150-square-meter living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a smart TV, a large dining table, and a separate area for board games.
Also on this floor, there is a WC and a very large balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and the pool.
The balcony is furnished with tables and comfortable chairs for 10 people.
On the second floor, youâll find four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
All the bedrooms have a unique view of the sea.
