The open-concept first floor includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and guest bath. Upstairs, you'll find two serene bedroomsâone with a king bed and bonus nook, the other with its own full bath and whiteboard workspace.

Note: Pasadena restricts overnight street parking without a permit. Let us know if you need a second garage spaceâwe may be able to accommodate for a small fee.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence may result in cancellation of your stay and an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property, your booking may be canceled and a cleaning fee will be charged.
