Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa features a large living-dining room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to a cosy covered terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking just like at home. Start your mornings with breakfast outdoors and end your evenings with a barbecue by the pool.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. The other two double bedrooms include ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. A second full bathroom with a shower and washing machine serves the rest of the house.
You're just a 10-minute drive from Calpeâs beaches, town centre, and supermarkets like Masymas or Mercadona. The location is perfect: quiet, safe, and well-connected to everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Privacy, sunshine, pool, space and comfort. This villa has everything to make you feel at home... or even better.
The property is available to guests, except for the private office, which remains closed, and the garage, which is reserved exclusively for access by the maintenance staff.
The gardener and pool technician visit the property twice a week to carry out regular maintenance.

Check-in Procedure:
-Provide ID for all guests.
-Deposit by card: âŹ300. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out.

-Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
-Respect the guest limit stated in the booking.
-Upon departure, please return the keys to the office, dispose of the rubbish, and clean used kitchenware.
