Woodleigh is situated in the heart of Cawsand, only a stone's throw from the beach and the village parking lot. The walled garden is a real sun-trap and perfect for outdoor dining after a busy day at the beach. The first floor is a super space for entertaining with the living room / dining room, that's flooded with light, creating a welcoming and comfortable space in which to relax. Into the recently renovated kitchen with integrated cooktop / oven, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Conveniently located off of the hallway is a half bath and access out to the courtyard and gardens above. A double bunk bed room can be found the other side of the stairs perfect for the children to hang out.
The first floor provides accommodation across three bedrooms; king with ensuite, king which can a zip and link providing 2x3ft twin beds (please request on booking) and double. The family bathroom also located on the first floor is equipped with a tub, overhead shower, sink, heated towel rack and toilet.

Woodleigh is located on Armada Road in Cawsand. Cawsand village parking lot is a couple of minutes' walk away at the top of the street. At the bottom of the street, the beach is less than a two-minute walk away.
