This 3 bedroom friendly neighborhood furnished property is situated in area of downtown Brampton. Shopping, grocery, bus stop and more are on walking distance. House itself kept nice and tidy all the time. . Close to all amenities including bus stop, shopping mall, school, doctor, grocery and more. Perfect home for families visiting Canada or in Toronto. Closer to main highways for easy access for daily commute. The house amenities included

Kitchen:
Full size kitchen with all essentials except we do not prefer heavy cooking as this is AirBnB and strong food smells leave high impact within the facility.

Nice cozy family and living area with smart TV with coffee table for family siting and enjoyment.

Bathrooms
It has 2 washrooms including 1 full washroom upper level with standing shower and powder room or half bath on main floor.

Laundry available but only given access for minimum 7 days rental.

We do not allow any loud noise or music or partying. Very small general rules applies to the home as we expect you to consider this as this your own home. No shoes allowed inside the house at all. Make sure to dry and clean washrooms after use. Don't want to say too much but help us to run the house as this is only help to cover monthly expenses.

Guest access
No sleeping in family and kitchen area, this is only dedicated for family time and relaxation. We have storage available for jackets and luggage in the closet in Foyer at entrance.
