It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, plus a Smart TV to enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap for your convenience.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, a fan in the bedroom, heating, free Wi-Fi, sheets, and towelsâeverything you need to feel at home.
Enjoy total flexibility upon arrival with self check-in, accessed via an electronic lock. Youâll only need a smartphone with an internet connection.
AREAIt is a neighborhood with all kinds of services, supermarkets, bars... You will have everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in the area.
It is perfectly connected to the center of Madrid; you can take the metro at Abrantes station, just 125 meters from the apartment.
HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest metro station is Almendrales (line 3)Nearby car parks:- Parking Usera: Open 24 hours.If you come by car, you can park for free around the apartment, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to go and where to park.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for âŹ30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenantâs habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
