This spacious 130 m2 apartment combines comfort and style, with 3 cozy bedrooms (2 separate rooms & 1 wheelroom room), 2 modern bathrooms and a spacious 50 m2 living and kitchen area. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ferris wheel and the Danube Canal from the two inviting terraces. Whether to relax or explore, this unique oasis offers a quiet break in the heart of the city.
Welcome to our cozy townhouse, which sits high above the rooftops of the city! This welcoming apartment on the top floor offers not only a breathtaking view through large windows, but also a sunny and friendly atmosphere that immediately gives a feeling of home.
The spacious living area with its open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from dishes and glasses to cooking utensils - ideal for social evenings or preparing meals with your loved ones. In addition, the comfortable sofa offers space for two additional guests to sleep.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds and spacious wardrobes to allow you to have a restful sleep. The master bedroom even has its own shower room and toilet and is accessible by the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers extra privacy.
The bathroom is equipped with a combined bathtub and shower, while a separate toilet provides extra comfort. An elevator facilitates access to the apartment, and although some steps are located between the elevator and the entrance of the building, the path can be easily mastered.
Pets are welcome, but please note that they are not allowed on the beds. Nearby you will find numerous restaurants that invite you to a culinary experience. The apartment is easily accessible and is located in close proximity to the city centre and the banks of the Danube, so you can easily explore all the sights and amenities of the city.
