Mycket avslappnat boende: koppla av på den upphöjda balkongen och titta på golfare som träffade den 17: e greenen på Cougar Point Golf Course, med ny 42 "platt-TV i ny bokhylla i vardagsrummet! På gångavstånd till halmmarknaden för tillfällen-restauranger, cykeluthyrning, (och bra glass), gym, etc.
Detta är ett väldigt lättbostadsområde och villa-stort, fullt av ljus, bekvämt, alla bekvämligheter som du kan tänka på! Det femstjärniga hotellet The Sanctuary ligger en kort bilresa från denna villa, liksom Night Heron Park and Pool with Snack Bar, många atletiska fält för alla sporter, matplatser, äventyrsprogram, Kamp Kiawah, etc. En ö som ingen annan-elegant, rymlig, med massor av djur och naturliga omgivningar och mycket nära Charleston och södra plantager för dagsutflykter! Outstanding accomodations

Wonderful location! We enjoyed watching golfers play the 17th. As our first time in Kiawah we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the accommodations, activities, location & ease of utilizing the resort from this gorgeous condo! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fairway views

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The bed setup is perfect for a family with multiple kids. I would recommend bringing a wagon because it is a little walk to the beach. We found it easiest to load up the car and drive to the small parking lot by the Seascape condos. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course views and proximity to the West Beach pool!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay in Kiawah. A great spot with resort access! Spent the day on the beach and then finished the afternoon at the Night Heron pool slide. Accommodations were nice and loved the boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs! We’ll be back!

Fantastic!

We have stayed in several properties in Fairway Oaks and this is now our FAVORITE. The layout is great, the condo is clean and lovely decorated and very comfortable. I love having coffee on a porch and this has a great second-story porch with amazing golf views. It's a great walk to the beach, maybe a little tough if you're lugging lots and lots of kid items in the summer, but it's all shaded and easily walkable. We had a great stay here ringing in 2024!

Great place!

The Villa was very nice. Perfect for attending a wedding on the island. The only suggestion I have would be to have a small welcome basket of sorts for the guests. We are used to staying in a place that has a few bottles of water and maybe a small basket with “goodies” to snack on. We had to unpack and quickly run to the store for water and a few snacks. It’s so nice to walk into a place that already has this. Just a suggestion…

Nice Property for Family Getaway

My husband, 5-year-old twins, my mother, and I enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was seamless. We had access to resort pools, one of which was a three-minute walk away. The pools are wonderful, especially when traveling with kids. The condo was big enough for our family of five, but I would not want more people than that in it. The rooms were plenty big. My only comment is that the gully style bathroom between two of the bedrooms was tight, but it was certainly fine for a few days. The bathrooms felt a bit dated/rundown, too. But not the end of the world. We absolutely loved the seating area on the deck outside which looks over a golf hole. It was beautiful and perfect for having morning coffee. The unit owner was very responsive to any question we had, as was Kiawah Resort staff. The ocean was a 10-minute easy walk away. This was a nice property for a 4-5 day stay in Kiawah with a small group!

Relaxing family getaway!

Beautiful location, close to pool and beach. View of golf course is a tease as it's soooo expensive! Do the research. Nice, quiet surroundings. Deer walk right past the deck in the evening. You do get a discount towards on-site restaurants. They all looked great but we opted to eat in and venture to more casual eateries. Accommodations very clean, comfortable beds and great shower pressure!

First time visitors...

Villa was large and well outfitted.... lots of space for the whole family. Close proximity to the pool and beaches. Club house restaurants were very enjoyable all around the island.

Disappointing Easter Stay

This condo is outdated. The "master" bedroom shares a toilet and shower with one of the twin rooms. The master bathroom sink is a pedestal sink located inside the bedroom with barley enough room to brush your teeth. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. The dinning room table is a beautiful teek wood table but it's an outdoor piece of furniture. It has a hole for the umbrella in the middle. Nice table but tacky. There was a hole in the door in the upstairs 1/2 bath. Looks like it had been repaired once before. The door should be replaced. The coffee pot and maker were both broken and the hand mixer did not work. The resort replaced the coffee maker but not the hand mixer which we needed for making a pie. We were sorely disappointed with this unit, will not stay here again and only recommend this condo in a pinch. Nice view though and close to West Beach Pool.

Nice property, great view of golf course and easy walk to beach. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint, and the dishwasher was not working properly but the owner was very responsive and bought a new one right away. I had to get 4 sets of card keys at the check in desk because they did not code properly for the lock, overall beautiful island and great visit.

Perfect home base for trip

I grew up on the ocean in the Boston area and have always loved being either on a boat or near a beach. We live inland now, but the beach and ocean (and now golf) have become very important to us. We have three sons who are in their 30's, and the time seemed right to start looking for a vacation property in a warmer climate. So in 2005, my husband and I started looking for a resort area that offered golf and a beautiful beach, but weren't sure we really wanted to buy at that point. We looked at several areas on the eastern coastline, but when we arrived at Kiawah, that was it! We didn't want a built up area but were looking for one with natural beauty and environment. This location and climate now give us the wonderful opportunity to get our family together for vacations, and our villa, all updated, has plenty of room for everyone!

My husband and I were looking for a resort area that offered golf and a beautiful beach, but weren't sure we really wanted to buy at that point. We looked at several areas on the eastern coastline, but when we arrived at Kiawah, that was it! Kiawah is a different place, i.e. natural beauty, not 'built up', unbelievably beautiful beach (and not crowded), just very special. The island also offers many options for golfing (5 golf courses), beautiful homes, 35 miles of bike paths AND riding on the beach (another of my favorites), all solidified our thoughts of purchasing here! It was the right decision-a very special and beautiful island! AND NOW WE HAVE THE NEW POOL COMPLEX IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

When we entered this villa, our interest level soared! The natural light, the inverted floor plan (with the bedrooms on the first floor and living areas on the second floor) which allows you to be on the second level and looking down on the fairway - at the golfers hitting into the green), the close proximity to the beach (a requirement for me!), the clean and large living areas, all of these opened our eyes to the fact that maybe this was the right place. The island also offers many options for golfing (5 golf courses), beautiful homes, 35 miles of bike paths AND riding on the beach (another of my favorites), all solidified our thoughts of purchasing here!
