Vårt nya lyxhem ligger i hjärtat av Kiawah i Cypress Point - några minuter från golf, tennis, restauranger och den vackra stranden Kiawah Island!

På första våningen finns ett mycket stort vardagsrum, ett hölje med en stor platt-TV, ett gourmetkök med Bosch-apparater, en matplats med plats för 8, ett pulverrum och en skärmad veranda för uteservering. På första våningen finns också en stor master-svit med en garderob och ett vackert marmorbadrum med en stor duschkabin.

På andra våningen finns det två drottningssovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med eget badrum. Det finns också en promenad i tvättstugan.

På markplanet finns det ett uterum med sittplatser och ett bordtennisbord som kan rullas in och ut ur garaget för enkel användning.

Vi är en kort promenad till 5-stjärnigt Sanctuary Resort and Spa, Beach, Roy Barth Tennis Center och Turtle Point Golf Course and Learning Center. Fresh Fields Village med ett gourmet-snabbköp och många andra butiker ligger cirka 4 miles bort och tillgängligt med bil eller cykel. Kiawah Island Nature Center ligger också en kort bit bort.

Family Easter getaway

The property was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach and The Sanctuary. The home was spacious and each bedroom having its own bathroom is quite nice. Kiawah is simply magical and this home didn’t disappoint.

Beautiful chateau

Great Location

Gorgeous home, great location!

This spot was perfect for golf, bike riding, and beach. Easy ride to Night Heron park and the pool there. The home is thoughtfully furnished and was a hit for our groups of 6.

Well maintained house close to Turtle Point

Great property in really good condition. Community pool is next door and was great. Short walk/ride to beach and right next to Turtle Point golf course. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

No complaints here! We came down for the 1/2 Marathon and the house was a great place to kick back and relax after the race. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in wonderful setting!

Very organized pre- arrival! This home was fantastic in every way! I feel the photographs did not do the beauty of all the rooms justice! We grilled and ate in several times and really enjoyed it! The community pool was awesome! We definitely would love to come back!!

Labor Day getaway

Absolutely gorgeous place and a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We set up our beach spot next to the Sanctuary to be able to get lunch and drinks, again an easy walk. Perfectly situated on the Island, 12 min ride to The Ocean Course and 5 mins from the front gate to get to Freshfields area and to run into Charleston. The home is stunning and was immaculate when we arrived. I absolutely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home.

Relaxing Holiday stay

We were so appreciative of the gorgeous home for our Thanksgiving stay. We had plenty of room. Super helpful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The screened in porch was perfect for all day use from morning coffee to afternoon reading. Thank you!

Awesome location and very well appointed house. Super comfortable and pretty. Loved it and would definitely come back. One wish would be a TV and couch/ couches in the main living room so everyone can hang out together since it’s open to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the house and location and will rent this property again!

Wonder experience start to finish. Beautiful, comfortable house with all high-end amenities.

We are Kiawah regulars and have rented many houses there over the years. This may have been the best. Extremely high-quality in every way. Private community pool was a bonus. Great location just before the second gate - near beach, Sanctuary Hotel.

Beautiful, well-maintained Home

This is a lovely house that I have rented multiple times. It is always extremely clean, and the convenience to the beach and the entrance to the island is perfect. It’s a wonderful place for our girls’ trips. The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is more comfortable seating for our late-night talks! But overall a 5 star experience!

A Hidden Gem! Beautiful and great location!

This house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean. . It was perfect for our family of 2 Adults and 3 college kids. The owners and Hillary, (the property mgr) were very helpful and responsive.. The location is great and the full time neighbors are very nice and friendly. We wished we booked for 2 weeks! I highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful House!

Our party of 7 adults (friends and family) had a wonderful time on Kiawah and in this home. This property was very clean, inviting, and a great fit for a larger group. Every bedroom has its own on suite bathroom which makes it convenient for getting ready for the day/evening activities. The finishes in this property are fabulous and it doesn't feel like a rental but more of a home. Also, access to the pool was fabulous. We hardly saw anyone else there and there were nice lounge chairs, some sun, and also shade. It was a nice change of pace from going to the beach in the heat and sun. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Lovely House

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It is a short bike ride to the beach (used Alligator Bikes). We had plenty of room for our teens and friends. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were very happy to have the grill. We loved having the ping pong table! There is plenty of room on the beach for social distancing and there are lots of things to keep busy. We used Island Beach Rentals for chairs and umbrella. We utilized the tennis center and the kids took a surfing lesson (with Tidal Trails) and went fishing.

Perfect Getaway

This property had everything we needed. The games and space to spread out were amazing as it rained half of the time we were there. Its proximity to The Sanctuary was perfect as we celebrated Easter on the beach with sunrise service and then back for their brunch. The property was well equipped for adults and children, including beach towels for the pool that was literally right around the corner from the driveway. The large couch in the sitting room was cozy with many throw blankets to snuggle. The screened in porch was great, wish we could have used it more but too chilly! Gas grill was useful since we cooked in almost the whole time. We would 100% return here in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

This would be my last resort

Stay away from ESPM vacations. They make false repair promises and do not follow up. The lack of a working stove top caused us to eat 90% of our meals out of the unit. I was told I would have a garage to park one vehicle in, but not true. The owner already has a vehicle occupying the space.

We have owned properties on Kiawah for a few years. When this development started going up, we knew we had to be a part of it. The homes are beautiful and luxurious and they are right in the Heart of Kiawah - close to everything!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our house is situated in a private enclave with a private tranquility pool only for the use of owners and their guests. We have a beautiful outdoor space with a ping pong table and some seating while you cook on the grill. You can have privacy while also being so close to everything - Golf, the Sanctuary, Tennis, the Beach, and Restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride!
