VÄrt nya lyxhem ligger i hjÀrtat av Kiawah i Cypress Point - nÄgra minuter frÄn golf, tennis, restauranger och den vackra stranden Kiawah Island!

PÄ första vÄningen finns ett mycket stort vardagsrum, ett hölje med en stor platt-TV, ett gourmetkök med Bosch-apparater, en matplats med plats för 8, ett pulverrum och en skÀrmad veranda för uteservering. PÄ första vÄningen finns ocksÄ en stor master-svit med en garderob och ett vackert marmorbadrum med en stor duschkabin.

PÄ andra vÄningen finns det tvÄ drottningssovrum och ett tvÄbÀddsrum med eget badrum. Det finns ocksÄ en promenad i tvÀttstugan.

PÄ markplanet finns det ett uterum med sittplatser och ett bordtennisbord som kan rullas in och ut ur garaget för enkel anvÀndning.

Vi Àr en kort promenad till 5-stjÀrnigt Sanctuary Resort and Spa, Beach, Roy Barth Tennis Center och Turtle Point Golf Course and Learning Center. Fresh Fields Village med ett gourmet-snabbköp och mÄnga andra butiker ligger cirka 4 miles bort och tillgÀngligt med bil eller cykel. Kiawah Island Nature Center ligger ocksÄ en kort bit bort.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, close to Sanctuary

Six of us stayed for a week (4 adults, two kids) and had a great time. Location was perfect near everything and place was as advertised. Nice touch was bathroom/shower in every bedroom
 and a small lift for luggage to 3rd floor. Pool was nice and right next door and fairly secluded. Would recommend and stay again.

Gorgeous home, great location!

This spot was perfect for golf, bike riding, and beach. Easy ride to Night Heron park and the pool there. The home is thoughtfully furnished and was a hit for our groups of 6.

Well maintained house close to Turtle Point

Great property in really good condition. Community pool is next door and was great. Short walk/ride to beach and right next to Turtle Point golf course. Highly recommend!

Family Easter getaway

The property was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach and The Sanctuary. The home was spacious and each bedroom having its own bathroom is quite nice. Kiawah is simply magical and this home didn’t disappoint.

Beautiful home in wonderful setting!

Very organized pre- arrival! This home was fantastic in every way! I feel the photographs did not do the beauty of all the rooms justice! We grilled and ate in several times and really enjoyed it! The community pool was awesome! We definitely would love to come back!!

Relaxing Holiday stay

We were so appreciative of the gorgeous home for our Thanksgiving stay. We had plenty of room. Super helpful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The screened in porch was perfect for all day use from morning coffee to afternoon reading. Thank you!

Awesome location and very well appointed house. Super comfortable and pretty. Loved it and would definitely come back. One wish would be a TV and couch/ couches in the main living room so everyone can hang out together since it’s open to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the house and location and will rent this property again!

Wonder experience start to finish. Beautiful, comfortable house with all high-end amenities.

We are Kiawah regulars and have rented many houses there over the years. This may have been the best. Extremely high-quality in every way. Private community pool was a bonus. Great location just before the second gate - near beach, Sanctuary Hotel.

Labor Day getaway

Absolutely gorgeous place and a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We set up our beach spot next to the Sanctuary to be able to get lunch and drinks, again an easy walk. Perfectly situated on the Island, 12 min ride to The Ocean Course and 5 mins from the front gate to get to Freshfields area and to run into Charleston. The home is stunning and was immaculate when we arrived. I absolutely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home.

A Hidden Gem! Beautiful and great location!

This house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean. . It was perfect for our family of 2 Adults and 3 college kids. The owners and Hillary, (the property mgr) were very helpful and responsive.. The location is great and the full time neighbors are very nice and friendly. We wished we booked for 2 weeks! I highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed.

We live in Connecticut and began vacationing in Kiawah about 20 years ago and fell in love with it. Our children and family have so many memories in Kiawah. We can't get enough of it!

We have owned properties on Kiawah for a few years. When this development started going up, we knew we had to be a part of it. The homes are beautiful and luxurious and they are right in the Heart of Kiawah - close to everything!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our house is situated in a private enclave with a private tranquility pool only for the use of owners and their guests. We have a beautiful outdoor space with a ping pong table and some seating while you cook on the grill. You can have privacy while also being so close to everything - Golf, the Sanctuary, Tennis, the Beach, and Restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride!
