Welcome travellers to our stylish home away from home! Situated in the heart of Swieqi, an area that is bustling with activity, yet maintains a sense of tranquility & peace.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a double bed. In the inviting living area, there is also a sofabed which can take accommodate another guest.
Enjoy the use of the pool access which is also shared with other residence.

Living Spaces| The living area is designed to be a haven of relaxation, featuring plush and comfortable seating options for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together. The Smart TV is connected with the internet so you can easily access 'Netflix' or other apps.
Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or hosting a dinner party in the dining area, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare a lovely meal and even to store your food properly.
Bedrooms| 1 bedroom, including a double bed. There is also a sofa-bed accessible from the living area which can accommodate 1 more guest.

Linens | At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.
Pool | All guests have a shared pool, provided with sunbeds, ensuring a relaxing afternoon.
Kindly note that Pool is frequently cleaned and maintained.
Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony.
Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.
Swieqi is a charming town located on Malta's east coast, known for its quiet residential streets and convenient location. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Swieqi, just a short walk from a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
For those looking to explore the local area, the apartment is within easy reach of some of Malta's best beaches. St. George's Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.
For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian's is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian's is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from. Whether you're looking for a quiet night out or a night of dancing and partying, St. Julian's has something for everyone.
Getting around in Swieqi and the surrounding area is easy and convenient, with a variety of transportation options available.
One of the most popular ways to get around is by bus. Malta's public transportation system is extensive and reliable, with buses running regularly throughout the day and night. The nearest bus stop to our apartment is just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach many of the island's top attractions, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Blue Lagoon.
For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian's and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
