Flat located in a complex near the sea with a swimming pool reserved for condominiums. You can reach the free beach of Aregai, via a pedestrian path of about 400 metres You arrive directly on the cycle path/beach, without having to cross the Aurelia. Inside and outside the complex there are parking spaces for the condominiums.
On the coast you will find the beautiful cycle path that connects Imperia to San Remo for about 30 km along the sea. Santo Stefano is a small village where you can find all services, shops, bars, restaurants along the sea promenade and beautiful sandy beaches. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away on the main road.
First floor flat with large living room and equipped kitchen. The house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you have access to the small terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. Linen is available for guests. From the beginning of July to the end of August there is a communal swimming pool and to reach the beach, there is a walkway that leads directly to the cycle path and the adjacent beach. The ideal solution for families
