The contemporary bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower, and the property sits on the first floor of a well-maintained building with lift access for ease and comfort.

Inside, the apartment offers a bright open-plan living space that feels as spacious as a two-bedroom home. The comfortable sofa and designated work desk make it ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The dining area is perfect for home-cooked meals, and the private balcony provides a peaceful outdoor corner for morning coffee or evening drinks. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location just over 100m away from the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
