Welcome to this bright and inviting studio flat in the heart of Chiswick, a stylish West London neighbourhood known for its leafy streets, riverside walks and fantastic choice of cafés, restaurants and pubs. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller, this home offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring both the local area and central London.
The flat is designed for up to two guests and features a well-presented studio layout with a cosy double bed and a modern bathroom fitted with a shower. Situated on the third floor, the building is equipped with a lift for easy access.
Inside, the living space feels warm and welcoming. There is a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a dining area for meals at home, and a private balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

Chiswick itself is one of Londonâs most desirable areas, combining village charm with city convenience. Stroll along Chiswick High Road and you will find an abundance of independent boutiques, artisan bakeries and stylish coffee shops. For food lovers, neighbourhood favourites include the renowned La Trompette, offering Michelin-starred French dining, and Villa di Geggiano for authentic Italian cuisine. Traditional English pubs such as The George and Devonshire or The Tabard provide the perfect spot to unwind with a pint after a day of exploring. Nature lovers will enjoy riverside walks along the Thames, as well as the nearby Chiswick House and Gardens, a historic estate with stunning landscaped grounds.
Transport links are excellent, with Chiswick Park Underground station within walking distance. The District line runs from here, connecting you quickly to central London, Kensington and beyond. For those who prefer to explore at a slower pace, the area is also well served by buses, making it simple to travel in and around the city.

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
