This level also includes an open dining room with a kitchen corner, both equipped with air conditioning. Upstairs, there is one large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, WC, TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to a balcony. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, each with a shower, bidet, WC, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is a double room with air conditioning and a separate shower, bidet, and WC. The second upper floor features an open large living/sleeping area with sloping ceilings ranging from 100 to 220 cm in height, including one bed (80 cm), one sofa bed (130 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), and air conditioning. This level also provides access to a balcony.
