Central London Studio Retreat - Excellent Location

Discover London from our lovely studio. This stylish studio is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The studio is a perfect place to relax and offers TV and internet access.
The Studio Space:
This thoughtfully designed studio accommodates up to 4 guests (3 Adults Max). The space features a cosy well-dressed double bed, a Double Sofa Bed and a fully dressed foldable bed if needed. There’s a coffee table and a remote-controlled smart TV for relaxation. There is a wardrobe with hanger space. An Electric clothes dryer rail is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, pots, pans and a frying pan, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, and sugar to get you started. A fridge and washing machine are also at the studio for your convenience. You will also have a hairdryer an iron and ironing board at the studio for convenience. We have provided you with a bedside tables.

The bathroom has a shower, complete with toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, hand-wash, and toilet rolls. Hand and Bath towels are also provided.

Parking:
Directly outside the building , ample parking is free on Weekends and Bank Holidays. On weekdays, you will only pay until 18:00 through Ringo app after which the parking is free.

Privacy & Tranquillity:

The South-facing studio Window has blackout curtains to ensure complete privacy. When the curtains are open, you’ll enjoy unobstructed sunlight and views with no neighbouring buildings directly in front of your windows. Despite the property’s central location, the soundproof windows provide a peaceful retreat, with Zero traffic or other noise disturbance.

Dry-cleaning:
Although a Washing machine, ironing board, and iron are provided at the studio, if you do not wish to wash and iron your clothes, then there is a dry cleaner just a few steps from the building too!

Hairdressers:
Need a haircut? Hairdressers are also a few steps from the building.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking:
Smoking or usage of any recreational drugs is not allowed at the property.

In Case of Fire:
Fire blanket and a Fire Extinguisher is provided at the studio, Fire exit is clearly visible at the communal area and the assembly point is right outside the building.

There is 1 bathroom (private).
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
