Huset ligger i ett av de bästa bostadsområden och ro i Alicante, i en stor gata
inte bullriga och nära till havet i närheten hittar du stormarknader, restauranger, barer, pubar, bussar, spårvagnar, taxibilar, etc.

Huset är uppdelat i 2 oberoende lägenheter. Bottenvåningen kommer in i trädgården, har vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (2 platser), sovrum med dubbelsäng, kök (komplett), badrum mer dusch för funktionshindrade gäster, TV, luftkonditionering, trådlöst etc.

På trappan hittar vi en terrass och tillgång till det andra hemmet, som har ett stort vardagsrum (för max 10 personer), TV, dator, wi-fi, komplett kök (ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin) , tvättmaskin), två badrum ett utrustat med jacuzzi, 3 sovrum (den främsta med dubbelsäng möjlighet att luftkonditionering, fläkt och myggnät, den andra med två enkelsängar på 90 cm också med fläkt och myggnät, de tredje två enkelsängar 90 cm, med fläkt och myggnät), båda kan sova 9 eller 10 personer

I den privata trädgården har vi grillmöjlighet (med all utrustning), träterrass med kapacitet för 10 personer, stenbord med kapacitet för 6 personer, lekplats utrustad med barnvagn, 7 cyklar, biljard och bordfotboll , inomhuspool (extra städning), solstolar, växter, vatten fontän, blommor, träd

Huset ligger i ett av de bästa bostadsområden i Alicante, på en lugn gata nära havet i närheten hittar stormarknader, restauranger, barer, pubar, bussar, spårvagnar, taxibilar, etc.

Huset är uppdelat i 2 oberoende lägenheter. Bottenvåningen kommer in i trädgården, vardagsrum with've bäddsoffa (2 platser), sovrum med dubbelsäng, kök (komplett), badrum mer dusch för funktionshindrade gäster, TV, luftkonditionering, trådlöst etc.

På första våningen, uppför trapporna, det finns en terrass och tillgång till det andra huset, som har ett stort vardagsrum (för 10 personer), TV, dator, wi-fi, komplett kök (ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin) , två badrum, ett utrustat med jacuzzi, 3 sovrum (master med dubbelsäng cot luftkonditionering, fläkt och myggnät, den andra med två enkelsängar 90 cm även med fläkt och myggnät, de tredje två enkelsängar 90 cm, med fläkt och myggnät)

I den privata trädgården, multi grill (med all utrustning) har, terrass träbord med plats för 10 personer, sten bord med plats för 6 personer, lekplats utrustad med en studsmatta, sex cyklar, amerikanska och fotboll biljard, poolskydd (som upprätthålls vid en temperatur och renlighet), vilstolar, växter, vatten fontän, blommor, träd

Firstly Emilio and his wife are amazing friendly host, our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until the early hours, they waited at the villa to welcome us and made sure we was ok and had food drinks and water waiting for us, they came by a couple of times in the week to clean the pool and garden area, Emilio even gave my partner and kids a lift to the airport after our stay, upstairs is a amazing big space, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and 2 twin rooms, the living room is big and open with amazing aircon throughout, kitchen has everything you need to make easy dinners and 2 fridges we used 1 for food and the other for drinks, downstairs is 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, shower and sofa bed in living space, my older children loved staying there. Outside is fantastic, pool was amazing and used everyday by everyone to cool off and float around for hours, you have a trampoline that my 2 year old and 11 year old loved, basketballs and hoop, table football, pool table, darts, bikes, car track with planes and cars and a lovely water fountain feature. Supermarkets are around a 10 minute walk in 2 directions, local beach is 8 minute walk with a few shops and restaurants, it wasn’t busy and was lovely sand with a couple of parks for the kids to play on, we went for a lovely meal at the local steak house, amazing food and drink and very welcoming. Honestly a great stay was had by all, only downside was we only stayed a week, definitely returning for 2 weeks next time.

Traditional Spanish Villa

5 mins from tram stop which takes you into alicante in 15 mins or up the coast the other way. Good access to two beaches about 10 min walk and lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood and very Spanish. Very good value for money. Emilio is a good host, very friendly and kind.

Villa review July 22

Had a lovely holiday at this villa. The outside space/pool area was excellent. Additional extras like the pool table, trampoline and basketball hoop were brilliant for keeping the children entertained. Supermarket and beach within easy walking distance. Emilio and Murica were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely holiday at this villa again.

Great place to spend a week

With 4 adults and 4 children (9,6,2 and a 10 month old baby) we spent a week at the house and enjoyed ourselves a lot. The weather let us down for part of the trip (meaning rain and around 18 degrees for 3 days - the rest of the week around 24 and either sunny or partially cloudy) but on the whole we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The house is clean, well looked after and very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The friendly welcome pack can see you through the first few days and Emilio was always helpful and on hand. I would definitely recommend Emilio's place to anybody.

Ideal for exploring Alicante

First of all Emilio and Maruja are fantastic hosts. The house is very clean with every thing you need for a stay there, from the very effective air con, to the great outdoor space with various games, bikes, pool and out door BBQ and grill, and a very comprehensive welcome pack to get you going. There are bars, restaurants and shops ( Lidl and a Spanish supermarket ) 10/15 minutes walk away, a tram station that goes into Alicante or Benidorm is on the way to the supermarkets, there are also busses nearby and of course there is a beach a short walk away as well. The house is large with plenty of space to relax in and 2 fully equipped kitchens with all mod cons. A great family holiday was had by us all and we will be returning.

Brilliant Holiday Home!

We stayed here for 8 nights over the Easter Holidays and had a great time. The house is split into 2 levels, upstairs is the main house with 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a downstairs annexe / self contained apartment with 1 double bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room, with its own kitchen and bathroom. The outside space is amazing, the covered pool is great as it keeps the water temperature warm and heated by the sun - I think it would be lovely in the summer months - and has lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained, bikes, table football, pool table etc. Food and household essentials were provided and, if you have a baby, there is a cot, highchair and buggy too. Beach and amenities are close by (also some archeological ruins up the hill) and Emilio and his wife were very helpful hosts, always contactable on email for any questions. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic stay with amazing hosts

The apartments were great, amazing air con which really helped in the hot weather. Rooms are spacious too. The facilities are great, I've never stayed in a place which was as entertaining for adults as well as children, football table, pool table, trampoline, bikes to use, children's cars & planes to play with, trolleys to carry shopping, high chair, cot, buggy even an outdoor play pen! I can't explain how lovely and helpful the hosts were. The motor in the pool broke (not a nuisance to us) and both hosts worked until it was fixed within hours. They couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Emilio even gave us a lift to our following accomodation! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back. 10 minutes walk to a local beach with snorkelling, sand and a beach bar.

Perfect accommodation and great hosts!

We had a fabulous stay here in July for two weeks. There was a group of 8 of us ranging in ages from 2 to 56, there was something for all of us to do at the accommodation and the children never got bored. Emilio was on hand to greet us on arrival and help with any queries throughout our stay, with a bit of help from google translate we were able to communicate smoothly. Emilio and his wife came and cleaned the pool and maintained the garden every two days throughout our stay and were lovely every time, they were extremely welcoming and would do anything to help us. They were lovely with our children and even brought them some sweets. The Villa is in a lovely location in Spain, 10 minutes stroll to the beach and bars, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Amazing transport links to Alicante/Benidorm and great prices. This villa was perfect for our needs and we would 100% return. Thank you for having us!

Lovely villa perfect in every way

The villa is perfect the added extra really helped to keep the children entertained. The cover to the swimming pool to help keep the children safe when you needed to. Beach was a 10 minute walk beautiful and quiet with a couple of restaurants on the seafront. Loads of restaurants nearby. Two large supermarkets, 10 minute walk away. Parks for the children convenience store just around the corner. Could get on the bus or the tram to go into Alicante which was so easy. Emilio And his lovely wife were so thoughtful with the extra added stuff for arrival. There was potatoes, eggs, beer, ice cream, toiletries, bin bags, they have thought of loads of stuff. They came in to check the pool to check we were happy, arriving with lollipops for the children. They couldn’t do enough for us. All of the bedlinen beach towels, extra blankets all smells so beautiful. We will definitely be going back here.

Summer holiday in June 2024 with family and relatives

We spend an 8 days holiday in Alicante villa with our family and relatives. All together we were 8 grown up persons from Finland. The location was very good for us. The environment was quiet and it was easy to travel with the local TRAM train around Alicante. So we didn't have to hire a car. The beach and good food markets were nearby. That made staying fluent. The villa was very suitable for our crew. There were many rooms and two kitchens and three toilets. Both kitchens were well equipped. Upstairs there was a large living room, which was very suitable for eating and social conversation too. In the yard there was a nice swimming pool, a grill and a shadowy big area with many tables. We didn't have any children in our crew, but the yard is also very suitable for families with small children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They wanted to help us to make our visit in Alicante as pleasant as possible. They gave us information about local things. They helped our son to find a really good Spanish Alhambra guitar. The hosts came to clean the swimming pool often so it stayed very clean.

Great venue for family holiday

Emillio and Maruja greeted us when we arrived at the property. They gave us a tour of the property and even had sweets for our granddaughter. The beer in the fridge was a lovely surprise for the grownups! They also gave us a supply of water and a provisions in the cupboard and well as the shampoo and shower gel. They took the 'boys' for a tour of the area in the car so they could get an idea of the location. The tram system was explained and used every day. The villa is in a residential area and there was probably a 20 minute walk in all directions to get the tram, to the beach or restaurants. The pool was cleaned every other day and was lovely to use at the end of the day. Our 4 year old granddaughter wore the float jacket provided and gained a great deal of confidence swimming in the water. Good outdoor TV to watch the euro football. The other outdoor facilities such as table football, pool table, trampoline and backetball hoop kept everyone entertained. The child battery powered quad bike was a great hit! A wide range of cooking facilities including outdoor bbq and paella gas ring. (Which regrettably we didnt get round to using) Highly recommend to anyone with a range of family members.

Maravillosas vacaciones

No se puede pedir más. El chalet está tal cual en las fotos. Superacogedor y los anfitriones, Emilio y su mujer, estan muy pendientes de cualquier cosa. Y ademas tienen un montón de detalles, desde toallas para la piscina, sombrillas, sillas y lo más importante: bebida fresquita para cuando llegas (incluida cerveza), huevos, patatas, arroz, etc. Volveremos seguro

Fantastic accommodation

We were a family group of 8 comprising of 2 older members and 6 younger members. The split of the property was ideal as it gave each group their own individual spaces (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space). The property has every convenience you can think of, both practical day to day and for leisure activities. Emilio and his wife Marika were there to meet us and couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They came back every 2 days to clean the pool and the outside areas.
