It’s a great location. It’s walkable to almost anything you’ll need or want, but the listing says that it was just remodeled. It obviously hasn’t been remodeled since it was built. I think there may have been a fire that caused some water damage because the cabinets are all peeling apart and there is a very musty smell when you walk in we had to leave the windows open as much as possible.

Excellent location! Nice condo

Very nice condo with walking distance to everything. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The pool is very nice and never crowded.

Perfect Location & Very Clean

Would definitely stay here again. The condo is within walking distance of Ramsey Park, Boardwalk, and London Bridge. Owner was very responsive.

Great location

Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Our 8 year old daughter loved the pool & my wife & I loved the location of the condo as it was within walking distance to a really nice park with walking trails and the beach. Walking distance to the London bridge also. Nice Restaurants are very close and and easy walk. Would definitely return.

Nice property at a great location

Very nice one bedroom unit. Centrally located in Lake Havasu City, just off of the highway. Easy access to Rotary Park, beaches and many restaurants. Many places are within walking distance.

Excellent condo. Quiet and accessible

Cute! Well stocked for comfort and convenience. Al dishes and linens were clean and neat. Internet worked well and everything went as it should. Bob is a wonderful host.

good location and accommodations

Location was close to local attractions and scenic walking, the unit had everything we needed, and communication with owner was good as he answered our questions in a timely manner. The only caveat was there was no grill at the unit itself, but there was a very nice area with green space and multiple grills for use located near the pool.

Great!!!

This unit is in an excellent location. Close to the pool and very close to your covered parking spot. Also, the complex is within walking distance of the channel, restaurants and shops. There is also a large parking area for boats and trailers.

Great place with a very friendly community atmosphere. Only thing that I would warn is the bed is small and very firm. Otherwise amazing location and condo!

generally fine

The location is excellent and the property fine and comfortable. Both my wife and I had colds at the time and thus did little with available amenities.
