Equipped 45 m2 apartment near Barajas airport with connections to the center of Madrid. An ideal space for families, with a swimming pool in the building in the summer season, a playground, paddle tennis courts and green areas. It also has a covered garage access.

With everything you need so that you have a pleasant stay and can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

- A living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa (sofa bed), TV, and an extendable table for four chairs.
- Room with a double bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- A bathroom with a bathtub.

In addition, the entire apartment is connected with Wifi, air conditioning and heating. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
