Situated just off the Paseo de la Castellana, one of Madrid's main avenues, this elegant apartment boasts an unbeatable location. The upscale neighbourhoods of Salamanca, Chamberi and Justicia are all nearby, and are amongst the nicest barrios in Madrid. The surrounding area offers up a great mix of top restaurants, exclusive shopping, art galleries and boutiques. With excellent transport connections, with the Colon metro station on the doorstep, and a number of bus stations and taxi ranks.
Found on the first floor of the imposing Centro ColĂłn building, this modern one-bedroom apartment has been carefully decorated by our interior design team, and is ideal for a single person or a couple. The spacious property offers guests the perfect combination of comfort and style. With fantastic views out to the Plaza Villa de ParĂs, the living room is open-plan in design and incorporates a comfortable sitting room and dining table that seats up to four people. The adjacent kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.
Surface Area: 65 mÂČ. First floor. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two chairs, a wooden coffee table, a standing lamp and a cupboard that holds a plasma TV. The dining area comes with a round dining table and seats up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open-plan to the living room. The bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors.
All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.
