Vår renoverade lägenhet ligger bara några steg från en av de vackraste stränderna på Maui, Kamaole 2-stranden. Vårt 1 sovrum, 1 badrum har alla nya möbler i hela och ligger vid Kihei Akahi-komplexet. Beläget i byggnad D, är detta en lugn byggnad på baksidan av fastigheten bort från huvudvägen.

Funktioner inkluderar: Nya GE-köksapparater, bänkskivor i granit och skåp av körsbärsträ. Nytt golv i hela enheten, nya takfläktar i vardagsrummet och sovrummet, elektroniskt dörrlås (inga klumpiga låskasser att slåss med) och i tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
Gratis 5G höghastighets Wi-Fi, fasttelefon med gratis fjärrsamtal till USA och Kanada, ny LED 45-tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet (med Netflix!) och en ny LED 26-tums platt-TV i sovrummet. Split Air Conditioner är supereffektivt och kyler lägenheten på några minuter. Sov bekvämt i Kalifornien king size-säng i sovrummet. Vardagsrummet har en soffa som drar ut i en dubbelsäng. Köket är utrustat med alla köksredskap du någonsin skulle behöva. För skojs skull finns det Tommy Bahama strandstolar, boogiebrädor, stora badlakan och en svalare. Hi-Rise barstolar och bord på lanai ger en avkopplande plats att njuta av solnedgången eller ditt morgonkaffe. Smakfullt inredda kommer du att känna dig som hemma men ändå med en subtil ö-stil som påminner dig om att du utan tvekan är i paradiset.
Gratis parkering i en dedikerad parkeringsplats ingår. Fastigheten har 2 tennisbanor, 2 gated pooler med massor av schacksalonger och 2 BBQ områden med gas BBQ för att grilla upp dina biffar och färsk fisk och skaldjur.

Great Place & Great Hosts

The location is so convenient, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as the beach. This was our second time staying here, and we're already planning on a third time. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive.

Awesome Experience

Perfect location! The room had EVERYTHING and MORE that we needed - to cook, clean, have a park day, literally it felt like we were at home!!! The view from the room looking out to the pool area was beautiful. Definitely would rent again. Mahalo for a wonderful vacation.

Great beach stay

Staying in this affordable condo as a part of our Maui travels was wonderful. The unit was well stocked with needed items and overlooked a court yard and pool area. The complex has beautiful grounds and is steps away from Kamaole 2, a walkable, swimmable beach. We will return!

Imperfect storm

Our unit was great. No problems there. Mother Nature however had other plans. Our third day we got torrential rain with mud slides. Crazy! But it cleared up Saturday and we enjoyed the rest of our time. We stayed in the unit on the rainy day and it was fine. We will come back and hope for better weather. Our hosts was very helpful.

Maui Adventure

Excellent location- the beach is just a short walk across the street with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo is neat and clean with views of the water from the balcony. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a lot of fun!

Came as advertised. The owners communicated very well, and the property managers were helpful and very polite. The location was key for us as we spent most of our time around Kihei and the surrounding areas.

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi!! Audrey was great and would respond quickly to questions about the property and information about the island. Check in was easy and the staff were so polite! The condo was perfect and we had a beautiful view from the lanei. Thank you for providing a comfortable and pleasant place for us to stay while in Maui!

Anniversary trip in Kihei

Very nice! Clean! Convenient walk to several great beaches, stores and restaurants! Owner kept in touch during our trip to be sure we were taken care of. Staff at office check-in were helpful to help us acclimate to the property! I would stay here again if we come back! Mahalo!

Amazing Kihei Experience! Wonderful Hosts!

This was my first experience with VRBO, or anything like it, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say I couldn't be happier with VRBO, my hosts, the space, and the whole process. What I saw online is what I got and more. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

Comfortable space - Lovely View!

We found this condo to be the perfect place for our month-long retirement celebration. It was clean and comfortable, nicely updated, with a great view of the ocean and sunset each evening. The location was exactly what we were looking for, across from Kamaole II beach (an easy 3 min walk from the door to the sand). The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were a great surprise and were used almost daily! We’re right next door to good restaurants (Fred’s, Coconuts, and Cafe O Lei), shops and amenities. Such a great get-away!

Great Maui Condo

I highly recommend this place. The condo was clean and well stocked (towels, beach chairs, dishes, pots, glasses, etc). The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The community grill was great. The balcony faces the ocean and was a great place to relax in the evening. It's a very short walk to the beach which has showers, bathrooms, and a lifeguard station. The bed is on the firmer side. The hosts are very communicative. Great experience!

Great condo

Overall great condo. Location is central to the best beaches. Condo itself is very loud at night in the bedroom. It’s on the ground floor beside the elevator; flights come in all hours of the night; we were woken up two sometimes three times a night. Bedroom is also quite warm with no a/c.

Cant wait to return

My wife and I always stay in Kaanapali, for whatever reason we drew up in our head that was our go to spot. When the fires struck we had to pivot and stay somewhere else or cancel our vacation. We decided to give Kihei a shot. Well we loved staying in Kihei. The location is central to everything, beaches, shopping, great food and drinks. 2 days into our stay my wife said Kihei seems to be the spot to stay moving forward and I couldn't agree more. The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The condo was stocked with more than what we needed and was across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Quiet and excellent location in a bustling area

If you are looking for a quiet condo complex, this is the one! Which is surprising, because you are only a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants. The pool area is especially quiet, with adults mostly reading, when not swimming. We were surprised there wasn't a hottub but we enjoyed the pool area. We didn't use it but people took full advantage of the BBQs there. The location is excellent, the quiet but friendly vibe was perfect for us as a couple. The only drawback is that the bedroom was too hot to sleep well. It really needs an air conditioner in there. My husband found the bed too hard so his sleep wasn't the best. The kitchen was well equipped - you have everything you need. The living area was nicely updated and looked great. The bathroom and bedroom were plain but it didn't bother us. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The lanai was just above the pool and you can see a bit of the ocean from there. We loved it! We would have given it a 5/5 but the bedroom was too hot and the bed too hard for us to sleep well. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

Sunshine Getaway

This property was accurately described in its listing. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We liked the central location to the beach, shops, food, grocery store... and ease of access to main roads to get around island. Swimming pools and grounds were clean and beautiful. The beach chairs & cooler were awesome! The night security guard was friendly and helpful, and we felt safe in the area we stayed. The kitchen is beautiful and has appliances that met all our needs for cooking some of our meals. My only recommendation would be to purchase toilet paper on your first grocery run as we were only given 2 rolls for our week+ long stay :). All in all we had a lovely time and would stay here again.
