Catbells is a house consisting of an open-plan living space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, breakfast bar, dining seating, a Smart TV and a selection of games, and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twins, all with Smart TVs, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, a beach in 0.6 miles, a lake in 1 mile, and a river in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for three cars with EV charging. Travel cot and highchair available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
