Perfect

Accommodations had everything we could need or want. The view is tremendous. Crab Shack a few miles away had great crabs and seafood. Terrapin Nature Park nearby was perfect for walking off calories while enjoying the scenery, deer and birds. Sunsets were great from the dock or the room. Dora Jean and Nabil very welcoming and helpful. Will return.

Beautiful View of the Bay Bridge

We were in town for a wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. This little in-law suite was just 5 minutes away and the perfect place to stay. Gorgeous view of the bridge lit up at night!

Amazing views

We enjoyed our stay, this is now one of our favorite places. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, loved the eclectic decor, had everything we needed plus thoughtful little extras. Beautiful garden area, French doors face river, dog friendly. Perfection! Owners were charming

Visit to Kent Island for a wedding

Property was beautiful and as advertised. Hosts Dora and Nabil were friendly and accommodating. The views over the bay and bridge are spectacular.

Always Amazing!

My husband and I stay here twice a year. We come up to pick crabs and visit friends. We always stay here and would not consider anywhere else. Dora is a wonderful host, and the accommodations are nice and cozy. Additionally, the view is beyond compare. My husband and I sit out each night we are there with a drink and enjoy the beautiful expanse of water and the twinkling of car lights going across the bridge in the distance. The bridge is far enough away that you can't hear it at all, but the lights are a delight. We highly recommend staying here!

Chesapeake Charm

Location was perfect-just over the bridge onto Kent Island. Staying right on the bay, sitting out watching sunset over Bay & ocean ships come by + lots of wildlife to view. The unit was well stocked in kitchen & bathroom. Privacy was great. While owners live on site, we never really saw them except at chrck in & a quick “how’s everything?” Would stay here again.

Amazing sunsets

We stayed for 4 days and loved every minute of it. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the bay, bridge and sunsets. It was the perfect home base for our day trips about the area and to just relax and unwind Dora Jean and Nabil were very accommodating and enjoyable. We hope to stay again in the future

Lovely Short Getaway

Perfect for a quiet quick get a way from Northern Virginia. The sunsets were awesome. Go to Kentmorr for crabs and drinks on the beach while you are there.

Fabulous Bayside Stay

We had a fabulous time staying at Dora’s place! She was so accommodating and kind while also ensuring we had our privacy. We brought our dog on the trip and she also had a blast, highly recommend staying here!

Perfect getaway - complete relaxation

I was attending a wedding on Kent Island and wanted to find a charming, tranquil place with water views. This home was perfect. The host greeted us with smiles and kindness, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat. The home was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Serene and convenient

We had a wonderful time at Dora and Nabil's place and only wish we could have stayed another few days. The location was extremely convenient for us -- very near the wedding celebration we were attending. We loved the view, watching the ospreys perching on the nearby deck, the trees, sitting on the patio topped with grape vines, and the opportunity to meet our kind and interesting hosts. The apartment was well-appointed and met all of our needs.

Relaxing stay by the bay

We stayed for 2 nights just for a quick relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place! It’s set up like an in-law apartment attached to main house but totally private. Nice view of the Chesapeake Bay from the living/dining room. There’s a patio off the living room, but Nora said we could enjoy the whole yard, which was nice. Stunning sunsets! The apartment is very clean and has all you should need for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood on the water. I would love to return someday 😊

Lovely place and hosts

The property had a gorgeous view and is in a quiet neighborhood with a patk just a couple houses down. The hosts were very friendly and eager for us to be comfortable. It stood out to me that the house rules didn't require us to do any of the tasks that have become the norm if you don't stay at a hotel - stripping the sheets, garbage out, dishes cleaned, etc. The hosts' notes specifically said not to worry about that. We would've been ok with doing the tasks, but it was refreshing to just be guests.

Early May visit

Dorah and Nabil are delightful hosts. There is a small beach about a mile away. Annapolis in a short drive. The rental was what we expected except that we picked a rainy week.
