Situated in the complex of Gunwharf Quays, our apartments have ease of access to everything the city has to offer, from the designer outlet with discounted branded shops, restaurants and bars, to the Cinema, Bowing alley and Casino all within 50 yards of the property.
You've got the peace of mind that you are staying with an ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) approved and TPO (Property Ombudsman) accredited company and we are the only serviced accommodation provider in Gunwharf Quays to have invested in offices on the estate - based 50 yards from the property. We are also VAT registered, meaning corporate clients are catered for.
Tesco is a 1-minute walk and is open 7am - 11pm, 7 days a week.
The train & bus stations (Portsmouth Harbour) are 0.3m away, alongside the Historic Dockyard - giving you a short stroll to take in the action.
The iconic Spinnaker Tower is 100 yards from the property, with its viewing platforms, making it a stunning place to grab a coffee and watch the sunset over the marina.
The Isle of Wight can be reached either by car ferry (200 yards from the property) or foot ferry (situated in Portsmouth Harbour Train Station)
The beach down by Old Portsmouth is 0.4m and passes by a fantastic fresh fish market, which is situated between the property and the 'Hot walls' beach of Old Portsmouth, with its stunning and quaint pubs down by Spice Island - a great spot for sitting outside and watching the sun go down whilst the boats pass by.
Boat tours of the Naval dockyard are also available from Gunwharf and can be booked at the Harbour kiosk - 50 yards from the property.
