With two cosy bedrooms, a bright living room perfect for family time, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, this space is designed for those who value comfort, simplicity, and a truly privileged location. Just 400 metres from the sea and close to supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife, and other beautiful beaches, this is the perfect base for both relaxation and exploration. Whether you're planning a family holiday, a romantic escape, or a trip with friends, this apartment offers the perfect starting point to enjoy the best of the Algarve⊠at your own pace
Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of âŹ300 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of âŹ2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
