Den är välutrustad med: vardags- / matrum med 1 bäddsoffa och 1 enkelsäng, bärbar fläkt, platt-TV, WiFi, luftkonditionering, kök med kyl, vattenkokare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin Strykjärn och strykbräda har nyligen renoverats.

Det erbjuder gästerna en gemensam pool, en bar vid poolen och gratis parkering på baksidan.

Lägenheten med ett sovrum på bottenvåningen var smakfullt inredd med en modern touch. Den är välutrustad med: vardags- / matrum med 1 bäddsoffa och 1 enkelsäng, platt-TV, luftkonditionering, kök med kyl, vattenkokare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, bestick, tvättmaskin och renoverades nyligen.

Det erbjuder gästerna en pool, en bar vid poolen och en gemensam parkeringsplats utanför. Lägenheten har fördelen med ett bra läge, nära turistbandet i Oura med många barer, affärer och restauranger i närheten.

Komplexet ligger i ett lugnt område med flera närliggande stränder. Det ligger 800 meter från Oura-stranden, (10 minuters promenad), 600 meter från Forte S. John och 900 meter från Aveiros-stranden. Well situated, got the job done BUT and that's a BIG BUT !

It was a challenge finding the property. The exact location was not given initially. Luckily we had a phone number and were able to speak to someone when we were close by. The shower area and wall tiles were disgusting and full of mold. We took pictures. The shower curtain was black with mold on the bottom. It must have been there for years. Cleaning bucket and mop was stored in the dining area so we never used that area. Based on this, we avoided using the kitchen for health reasons. We thought VRBO had standards, but they are definitely lacking here. Two coffee pods were left in the kitchen but not for the coffee maker provided. No beach towels were provided, for being so close to the beach. Bed was comfortable but tucked against the wall giving you only one way to get out. There was no hair dryer, there were no spices in the kitchen contrary to advertisement (not that we cared as we decided not to use the kitchen as previously mentioned). There was no soap or shampoo provided contrary to advertisement. I would not recommend this place.

Another great stay at Maria’s!

We stayed here last August and liked it so much, we came back!! The apartment is compact, but has everything we needed for a great holiday. A double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and a single bed in the living room and a bathroom & kitchen. Storage is quite limited, a small wardrobe or some shelving would be a welcome addition. The apartment complex is great, with a nice swimming pool which the kids loved. Maria is a fantastic host who is kind and caring. We had an issue with the air-con which was promptly fixed. Maria called a handyman and the housekeeper to ensure that it was quickly resolved- she said in a message that she was concerned about the hot nights and the children. We would highly recommend this place and Maria!!

Property was perfect in every way, location fantastic 2 mins walk to strip, condition great and everything you could want, great that it’s was ground floor and we could park our car right outside the apartment and easy access to the swimming pool. Will definitely book again and highly recommended a visit to Zoom marine fantastic for families

La experiencia en este apartamento ha sido buena, cuenta con todo lo necesario junto con aparcamiento para el coche. El menaje estaba sucio, no había estropajo limpio para lavarlos y tampoco había toallas suficientes para las 3 personas que estábamos.

The accommodation was perfect for us and situated close to the new town(strip) but far away enough to be relaxing. Great to have the Lavrador restaurant, lovely healthy cafe and Indian restaurant close by also the mini market. Would definitely stay here again. Abrigado Maria

Not as expected

Apartment was a lot smaller than expected. There were only towels left for 1 person even though the booking was for 2, didn’t get more until our 3rd day even though we reported it on our arrival. There are no wardrobes in the apartment and no ironing board or shampoo as stated on the website. Bedroom has a dressing table but you can’t get to it as the gap between that and the bed is too small. No window in it so very dark and no aircon in it either. Outdoor furniture - glass table falling apart and legs rusting and one of the chairs was broken. Door lock needs replacing as we almost got locked in. Very tired areas in kitchen and bathroom. Aircon unit covered in black dirt when open. Flies in the bathroom and rest of the apartment. Had to keep spraying them. Maria did send someone round but they only sprayed outside. Gave up! The pool area is a bonus with sun beds and parasols, pool bar was shut. Location is good. Only a short walk to the strip and Uber is quick and cheap if you need to go to the Old Town. Location on website is way out and needs updating. Maria gave the correct details.

We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Winkels en restaurants op loop afstand van enkele minuten. Supermarkt Aldi +/- 10 minuten. Appartement was goed en schoon.

The property was clean and neat when we arrived. The outside areas are very well maintained. Maria the owner was always very helpful and courteous. The problems we had were with the VRBO app. There was no way I could find to do an attachment to be sent to the owner.

Internet/wifi needs to be stronger. Mattress on twin bed needs to be replaced. Washing machine has mold on internal gasket (most people forget to scrub this regularly) which makes clothes smell bad. Air conditioner has mold on vents. Excellent, helpful host!

Good base to explore nearby areas

Great location to have as a base to drive to the nearby beaches or to check out parts of Albuferia. The apartment offered umbrellas and chairs for use. I appreciated that it had a washing machine as I was in the middle of a trip and was able to have clean clothes. It also has a complete kitchen if you want a break from eating out. The only thing missing was a hair dryer (minor).

Long stay winter 2024

We were pleased with the location… great for walking everywhere. For long stay not really well equipped…a few things need to be upgraded. With having the owner out of country harder to have things fixed if needed. It says in the write up cleaning weekly…. Not true, only if you request it and pay. This should be made very clear.

Dit apartment heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima slaapkamer met een lekker bed. Een extra bed in de Huiskamer en een goede bank. Zeer zorgzame en vriendelijke eigenaresse, die regelmatig informeert of er iets nodig is. Bij het conplex ligt een prima zwembad en het appartement heeft een leuk klein tuintje waar je heerlijk in kunt zitten. Strand en diverse restaurants op loopafstand.

Apartment was really good! We had a fantastic time in Albufeira. Maria is a great host. I was contacted prior to my arrival to see if we needed airport transfers. Within an hour or so of arriving in the resort, Maria contacted me again to ensure we had found the apartment and that everything was ok for us. She also arranged for a cleaner to come and change our bedding and towels. Very impressed with the communication from Maria. The apartment itself has a large comfy bed in the bedroom, along with a small tv. The main living area has air con, table and chairs, a single bed and a (double) sofa bed and a larger smart tv. Bathroom has bath (with shower head), toilet, bidet. Full kitchen with washing machine and pots/ pans, mugs, glasses and cutlery. There is a small garden with table and chairs and a clothes airer. Good Wi-Fi. It is in a small, quiet complex with a communal swimming pool and sun loungers. The poolside bar wasn’t open during our stay. A short walk to both the strip and the old town. Beaches nearby. Weather was fantastic! Apartment had everything we needed; not much storage space for our clothes, but we made full use of the clothes hangers on the back of the doors etc. All in all a fantastic place and an amazing holiday.
