Femton minuter från Orlando flygplats. Två kvarter norr om Hwy 192 och några miles öster om Interstate 4. Beläget i en cul-de-sac erbjuder massor av privatlivet. Villas at Shadow Bay. I närheten kan du njuta av nöjesparker och attraktioner eller ge bort på luft båtturer, helikopterturer, jet skiduthyrning. Golf, fiske, och paint ball är bara några minuter bort. 4 night stay 7 people 5 were kids

Everything was as stated in the listing, about a week out the owner emailed details of everything I needed to know on how to get in, whats expected as fas as keeping her property in good condition. Its a house that has all your needs. It had more appliances like a rice cooker, blender toaster, toaster ovens already! You might need to bring more serving bowls and serving utensils like the big spoons. Everything was comfy and spacious and very clean. Some people mentioned it was outdated but that didnt bother me a bit! 25 mins to disney and mostly 15 or 25 mins to everything else that we did... Walmart ia half a mile away, plenty of shops around within 10 mins

Great property at a central location! I recommend this property!

We truly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a frozen margarita! It was very clean. The ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice for the margarita. 😂 Overall, great stay!!

Very nice place to stay not far from attractions.

It's was quiet and clean. The pool didn't look clean so we didn't swim. But overall I would recommend it to others.

This property was very accommodating and a dead end quiet neighborhood would stay here again.

Communication was great the home was clean and decently equipped beds we’re comfortable. Only complaint would be the pool area( community) was not well taken care of we chose not to use it nor did we see anyone using it during our stay . But living quarters was great .

Good location and nice place.

This was a good place for getting to just about anything in Orlando. It was clean on arrival, and had plenty of sleeping space. The beds are quite soft, so if you like a firmer bed, keep that in mind.

Perfect for snowbirds

I rented Rosa’s location for my grandparent’s long term stay in Florida this year. The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked. They loved Rosa’s condo and appreciated how responsive she was.

Outstanding from making the reservation to checking out to the absolutely very responsive owner very very on-point description of the property for a clean everything we needed was available and ready to go location of the property for my purposes was a little bit further out than I wanted but that's okay we enjoyed our stay and we were very grateful for everything on that Rosa was able to do I would highly recommend this property

I am a retired public school educator who lives in Miami, Florida. I take pride in my villa and am responsive to any of my renters' needs. Since I do not live in Kissimmee I have a lovely couple who oversees the cleaning and any emergency that may arise – from key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between. My villa is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
