The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The bathroom, located towards the front of the flat, features a sleek free-standing shower for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means accessing the property via an onsite smartlock/lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
