Ett av Savannas mest fotograferade och berömda hus. Detta prisbelönta vinnande mästerverk är verkligen ett av Sydostas finaste hem. Det finns nu som ett lyxigt fritidshus. Bo i varvets lyx som få upplever på Monterey Square i en av landets mest magiska städer.

Det prisvärda "Wedding Cake Mansion" är juvelen på Monterey Square. Det historiska torget berömdes från att ha presenterats i filmen "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil". Monterey Square är utan tvekan det vackraste torget i Savannah. Torget präglas av herrgårdar på alla hörn, draperade i spansk mossa och förankrade med historiska monument.

Detta 1869 2: a Empire Baroque Home tar andan när du ser det. Det utarbetade vita fönstret är så utsmyckat dekorerat med målat glasfönster och dekorativt järnarbete att de långa tidens invånare i Savannah alltid har sagt att det liknar en elegant dekorerad "bröllopstårta". Denna arkitektur är mycket unik för Savannah med bara några exempel i det historiska distriktet. Det franska inflytandet bärs i hela huset med franska antikviteter, konst och dekor. Beautiful historic home. In a quiet and lovely neighborhood yet still walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family or group getaway. Would stay here again!

The decorations made us feel like we’re transported back in time. It had the perfect amount of space for large groups and was spotless upon arrival. I used the day room upstairs attached to the master bedroom for my bridal portraits and they look like they are straight out of a magazine!! So grateful we found this gem!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent! Please have maintenance replace 3 can lights in kitchen, TV remote batteries and dresser lamp light in 2nd floor bedroom. My friends were in the other rooms so someone just needs to go through the house and check light replacements and batteries. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at this wonderful property!

Fabulous family reunion

Lovely restored Savannah row house with sufficient beds/baths for reunion. Located close to Forsyth Park, coffee shops, co-op grocery & restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds, updated kitchen & baths. Property Management responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location and spacious property

Belated 60th birthday celebration for my husband with friends. We had 9 in our group and could easily have accommodated another 4 people. Fabulous location, we were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great house w/ very comfortable accommodations and in a great location!

We would recommend this house for a large group. The dining room and the table was great for our sales meeting. It was a great team building experience with my colleagues and we all enjoyed each other’s company. It was very laid back and all the house was huge and beautiful. The kitchen was a great hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools to cook our breakfast and lunches. The terrace was also a wonderful place to hang out and have a cocktail and a cigar. We would book it again!

Perfect Family Reunion House and Location

The proximity to Forsyth Park and the Bull Street shops and restaurants was ideal. The only drawback was the very confusing parking situation, for a family with 6 cars! I believe the city of Savannah is doing everyone a great disservice with the current system.
