The apartment is only a ten-minute walk to Stephens Green, local cafes, and boutique shops on Grafton Street.
Additionally, the home includes a TV ideal for movie nights.
The space features multiple windows that create an abundance of natural light, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy al fresco dining.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The apartment features a one-bedroom, designed for comfort and versatility. It boasts a double-size UK bed, providing ample room for restful sleep and relaxation.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Stay in the heart of Ranelagh, one of Dublin's most charming and sought-after neighbourhoods. Known for its leafy streets, elegant Georgian homes, and lively village atmosphere, Ranelagh is packed with trendy cafĂ©s, award-winning restaurants, cosy pubs, and unique boutiquesâall just a short stroll from your door.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Leeson St Upper, (stop 906) is just a 4-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge âŹ120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of âŹ180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
