This cosy apartment, ideal for up to 3 guests, offers the perfect balance between relaxation and comfort. Located in the peaceful area of Loma Verde, Puerto del Carmen, it invites you to enjoy Lanzaroteâs unique climate from its magnificent terrace with views of the pool and the sea in the background, equipped with sofas and an outdoor table where you can create unforgettable moments. Perfect for relaxing, having breakfast under the sun or enjoying a charming dinner at sunset.

The bright and spacious living room includes a chaise longue sofa that converts into a bed, 55â Smart TV, and a dining area, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day exploring the island. The open-plan kitchen integrates seamlessly with the living room and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The main bedroom offers a double bed, large built-in wardrobes, a functional chest of drawers, and a window that provides natural light. The en-suite bathroom, modern and practical, features a shower and all the essential amenities.
