2 sovrum lägenhet i Puerto del Carmen i ett lugnt komplex, 200 meter från de största stränderna, nära till Casino-området.

Helt renoverat 2 sovrum lägenhet på bottenvåningen, på poolen nivå av ett litet privatägt komplex. Det finns två pooler i komplexet som aldrig är trångt, det finns alltid en fri solen säng lätt att hitta utan förbehåll att njuta av solen hela dagen runt. Vår lägenhet är möblerad och fullt utrustade fram till 4 personer vistas. Perfekt plats för familjer på semester, eller par som söker för privatlivet. I vardagsrummet finns en stor och bekväm soffa med fåtöljer och en platt 32 "TV och DVD. Vi erbjuder gratis WiFi-anslutning ingår i hyran med ADSL-modem (10 GB), fungerar mycket bra och ger höghastighetsanslutning till Internet. Den stora, dubbel storlek, privat terrass öppning från vardagsrummet har sydvästra läggning få sol hela dagen lång, vänd mot tropiska trädgårdar och gemensam pool. Den fullt utrustat kök är ansluten till matsalen är utrustad med keramik 4 platser spis, traditionell ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, frys, vattenkokare, brödrost, café maker. I det första sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng med inbyggd garderob. I den rymliga andra sovrummet har vi två enkelsängar med komplett bulit i garderoben.

Lägenheten Huset ligger i ett lugnt område i Puerto del Carmen, njuta av tystnaden och lugnet hela dagen och natten tiden ligger inom 10 minuters gångavstånd från stränderna och strandpromenaden vid havet. Den närmaste mataffär ligger precis vid hörnet (100 meter), de närmaste barer och restauranger, ligger inom 200 meter avstånd.

Vi hyr även en ett sovrum lägenhet 5 minuters promenad från detta 2 sovrum lägenhet.

Lovely, bright apartment with everything you need for a stay in the sun. Near enough to the bars, restaurants and beach but not at all noisy!Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for us

We have just stayed in this apartment for 10 nights, the complex was for us everything we wanted.Checking in was easy even though we arrived early,it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed we will definitely book again.

Perfect for us

We brought our granddaughter for her first Christmas stay in Lanzarote the apartment was great for us 2 bedrooms and good size living room and front patio by the pool.Dolores and the owner were there on arrival to show us how everything worked. Everything we needed for our weeks stay was there. Friendly neighbours and clean complex also we felt very secure in a nice quiet area with short walk to the front of Puerto del carmen. Dolores came when we were leaving to check we had enjoyed our stay and for return of keys. We would definitely return.Thank you both

Great Apartment

Had a great stay at the apartment. Fantastic location to the strip with plenty of free parking if you hire a car. The apartment was well equipped and in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at these apartments, close to all amenities, shops,restaurants,bars just 5 minutes walk away 😊 pool was lovely in the heat wave that we were having, lots of friendly people around, will definitely be going again. Everything you need for a great vacation.

Best stay in Lanzarote

First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause this does check off the boxes and I can't wait to stay here again.

What a find! Lovely apartment, every amenity you need, including sun loungers and very much needed parasol. Dolores always prompt answering queries. Super friendly quiet complex, 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Lovely apartment

A group of 4 had a stay in this lovely apartment for a long weekend to watch our friends compete in Ironman Lanzarote. Two roomy bedrooms, large living area and pool access in a quiet area. The front where all the main restaurants and bars are is only a 5 minute walk away. We were met at the apartment by the lovely Dolores and her husband. They had very kindly done a small shop for us which included a few beers, fruit and snacks. A very nice, unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely comfortable apartment close to main strip

Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed two weeks here. Only negative was pool wasn’t heated but we went to the centre d’esportivo near Fariones Hotel for 12€ each. Beaches lovely and clean 10.5€ for two sunbeds and umbrella. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Indian - Tamasha highly recommended and Greek Sebastyan’s delicious. Luna was great for paella and steak. El Niño for tapas fabulous.

Property was clean and tidy and was ready at 11am for us which we was happy , Road was busy at night but we were sleeping earlier , need €1 coins for air conditioning meter which is fair considering charges for power these days Pool was lovely , had to ourselves , would go again

The property is in a great location, only a 7 minute to the main strip and sandy beaches. Plenty of shops and eating places to choose from. Local buses and taxis run regular services if you want to explore the island. l would have given a 5, but because we are elderly and had a 3 week stay we had nights in. The problem with this was there was a dog barking for some time every night.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Myself and my friend stayed here for 6 nights in June 2022 and from start to finish it was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent as was the check-in process with Doloras who was super helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need and the beds are by far the comfiest I have ever had on a holiday! The location is excellent with the bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Myself and my husband holiday in PDC all of the time and I would definitely stay here again. Lovely apartment

The open plan living/kitchen was spacious. The tv be warned has only Spanish and German. I took my fire stick as I read previous review. Double bedroom had plenty of draw/hanging space but bedroom for two singles had no drawers. Take your own coat hangers as there was only16 to share between 4 people. The bathroom could do with a good scrub. Especially round edges. Maybe I’m being to picky.
