Fantastiskt komplex på stranden. Inuti Tillgång till enheten med ett hisslöst knappsats på dörren. Pool, garage, soldäck, grillar att använda, balkong med havsutsikt. GRATIS wifi, klinkergolv, duschkabin, helt ny bäddsoffa, två plattskärms-tv, storskärms-smart-TV i Living Rm. Nytt kök nyrenoverade nya apparater, bänkskivor av kvarts, mikrovågsugn, ny Keurig. Very nice updated flat. Comfortable bed, well equipped for eating in if your wanted to. Close to the beach. Plenty of towels. Host checked with us often during the stay. Ceiling fans a big plus for comfort. Great for a couple. Would stay here again in the future.

The property was amazing. Host was extremely helpful with instructioms, check ins and restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay here again!! Only wish the weather had cooperated more with our beach plans.

Comfy condo with all amenities

The condo was very cute, well decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and that towels, chairs, and umbrellas were provided. The owner was incredibly helpful and communicated promptly.

Perfect getaway spot

We truly enjoyed our week at Hilton Head! Rebecca’s condo was exactly as described and her check in instructions were detailed and quite helpful. We were able to make ourselves at home very quickly. We had a small hiccup during our stay, but Rebecca was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved. The property itself is nice and we liked being so close to shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Updated and Convenient

One of the few 1 bedroom units with a King-size Bed and a walk-in shower. Location is within easy walking distance of many desirable restaurants and shopping.

Deeply relaxing beachside oasis

February can hit hard in NH. This year is no different. In fact, we moved our trip up so we could avoid the latest snowpocalypse. We asked if we could arrive on 2/14 instead of 2/16. Despite being booked, Rebecca helped us quickly find accommodations in the exact same building for 2/14-2/16! Her place is exactly as pictured! The deeply pillowy soft king size bed, luxurious resort-like bathroom, and gorgeous view of the ocean from the well appointed balcony made booking Rebecca’s place one of our best vacation decisions yet! She is very attentive, with an eye for details. Her condo is immaculate, and luxuriously decorated with touches to ensure her guest’s comfort. The location is perfect! We plan to return in the future during March, or April.

Excellent Get Away

Rebecca is a great communicator! She sent us all the details needed and also made great dining recommendations for us. The condo is located very close to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza and beach. Nice area for walking. Lots of nice amenities included in the stay. We will return again and highly recommend.

My wife and I have been coming to HHI for 15+ years. This condo is the best we’ve stayed at in Seaside Villas. Rebecca has done an outstanding job making sure you have everything you need for great beach vacation. We’ll be back.

Great location

Such a cozy villa! Every square inch is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. This unit is one of the best stocked we have stayed in and Rebecca is one of the best owners we have worked with! She had great suggestions for places to check out as this was our first time in HHI.

Great place for Couple holiday

Beautiful unit right on the beach and close to Coligny plaza. You can walk to the Piggly Wiggly supermarket. Lots to do nearby with free open air concerts at the park and many restaurants. Great golf courses a short drive away. This small unit is well appointed with pots, pans, dishes and cookware and is well maintained. Excellent bed! Smart hightops on the balcony for watching the morning sunrise over the ocean. Can't find anything we don't like.

Short walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas. This unit was very clean and updated. The unit does not face the ocean, but the ocean can be seen from the balcony. Rebecca was a great host, providing detailed information (including short video) prior to arrival making it easy to get in and find the unit. She also checked on us, via text, during our stay to make sure we did not need anything and offered suggestions for places to eat and get coffee. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

This is our second condo purchase on Hilton Head Island, we own 2 in the building.
We were fortunate to relocate to the island permanently at the end of 2019. We want the very best experience for our guests, so we are constantly tweaking and upgrading the condos. We live a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the location! Right on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza lots of great restaurants, shops. Near Celebration Park & Amphitheater. A gated community must have fob to enter. Many bike rental places are nearby to tour the island. Very convenient.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Seaside Villa's is a great location with an elevator which is so helpful to bring groceries and luggage up to the unit. Our complex is ON the beach, short walk to the sand, view from your unit.
