Kendall was exceptionally responsive to our questions and continuously checked in on us to ensure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet, but convenient location in Hilton Head.

Great HHI location

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with my family of three. Beautiful view off the balcony, short walk to the beach, and so close to shopping, restaurants, and the tiki hut. Condo was furnished so beautifully! A fun time was had by all!

Clean and Great Location

My husband and I stayed a couple nights. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Park. The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely go back.

Great Condo, great location, great host!!

My daughter and I loved our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured, the community is well kept, clean and safe. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kendall has thought of everything we could’ve needed from coffee and ice to beach chairs and toiletries! There was even a nice surprise of beautiful decorated cookies and snacks. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Communication was also fantastic! I’d definitely recommend renting from Kendall!

Spectacular beachside eacape

Kendall thought of everything to make this the perfect beach home base for our Hilton Head getaway with easy access to Savannah as well. Fabulous condo that we’d gladly return to!

Another Great Stay At Sea Side Villas

Second time renting a unit from Kendall. This villa was very nice with plenty of amenities. Property was lovely as usual.

Comfortable condo with a great view

We loved everything about the condo and HH Island in general. This is our first time to the island. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do within walking distance. We would recommend this to others for sure.

Was our first time to HHI. Great stay at #276! Enjoyed the location...convenient. Bike trails/paths were incredible. Unit came with two bikes which made it really nice. Quick walk to the beach!

Short respite

We had a wonderful time. Kendall was very responsive, courteous, professional, and very helpful. The property was very clean and had very well appointed! On our next trip to HHI (there will be many more:) we will check out this wonderful property first!

Great stay!

Kendall was timely and clear in her communication. She left us a special treat for us knowing that it was our anniversary. Property is right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops and dining. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. We are already selecting our dates to stay in a Kendall property again next year.

Excellent location

The condo was very nice and updated. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, bikes, towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon. It has a nice view of the ocean which is a short and easy walk. The owner is very responsive our coffee pot needed replacing and was done promptly. The only negative I have has to do with something out of the owners control and that was the noise above us, I think they must have been putting down floors by the way it sounded. I would definitely stay in this same condo again!

Perfect location, immaculately clean condo

This condo is immaculate. It has a great view of the ocean, a comfy bed with fabulous pillows and bedding. The owner is very nice and quick to reply to messages. The property is gated and safe. The best part is it’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to stay here again or any other properties by this owner. This was my first VRBO experience and I was nervous going this route but we had no problems and will definitely use VRBO again. We also enjoyed the delicious wine that the owner left for us. It was definitely a 5 star experience!

Cute place in a great location

Super cute condo for a a couple. Great location. Property manager was very responsive with any issues. With a little bit more oversight into making sure that the condo is truly clean (I washed the floor myself as my feet were black within minutes) and everything is accounted for that is in the listing (beach towels missing but delivered promptly, missing light bulbs) and in good working order (had to swap bikes as the ones for this unit were not safely rideable, patio door doesn't lock though there was a wood bar to place in the track that could be used for security if desired) this is a 5 star condo. It is nice to have the king size bed if you aren't needing to have the bunks that many of these units have. The sofa bed is the typical "bar in your back" kind of feel. Not a reflection on the unit but the complex itself-if you may need laundry bring quarters as there is only 1 change machine between both buildings and it was not functional during the few days we checked on it.

This is a lovely property in a great location in hilton head, close to a lot of things and more importanly, beach front. We had breakfast in the balcony everyday of our stay. The host was super responsive and always attentive in case we needed anything.

HH Stay Seaside

Villa was very nice. The air conditioning did not reach back to the bedroom very well so an additional fan would have been nice and the patio furniture could be updated. Otherwise the villa was well equipped, easy access to the beach and a fantastic view. Having the bikes available was also a plus! Would stay here again!

Getaway to Refresh

The property was excellent and the view of the ocean was perfect. There was some construction going on with the parking lot. It did not deter my wife and I from fulfilling our purpose (rest). I will definitely book again in the very near future. The property was exactly as the listing!
