Casa Heima - Villasimius

Located where the historic center of Villasimius meets the Mediterranean scrub, Casa Heima is a brand new, modernly furnished accommodation. The bright living room that opens onto the large level terrace is perfect for a holiday in contact with the outdoor space. It has two comfortable double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. Air conditioning, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and private parking, a short distance from the beautiful beaches and the town's amenities.

The large and welcoming living room, together with the spacious level terrace, creates a perfect space to enjoy the holiday between indoor and outdoor areas. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, for preparing your meals at home. In addition to the indoor table, the outdoor one is perfect for lunches and dinners in the open air.

The bedrooms are both equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a French door. Two complete bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, both fitted with a shower. The house is entirely on one level and is located on the first floor relative to Via Principe Amedeo. The entrance is reachable via a flight of stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: 1) Casa Heima is part of a newly built building. Therefore, we notify our guests that during working hours, there might be noise resulting from the final completion work in the units of the condominium section facing ours. All apartments bordering ours, both on the floor below and the floor above, and the adjacent one, have already completed their work. 2) Casa Heima cannot accommodate minors under 10 years of age – booking requests with children or infants will be refused. The communal staircase is directly accessible from the East Side terrace without protection or obstacles, therefore the house is not safe for young children. 3) We provide bed linen and a set of bath towels per person free of charge upon arrival. You will need to bring your own beach towel from home. 4) Electricity consumption of 100 kWh per week is included in the rental cost. The vast majority of our guests fall within the included threshold by making normal and responsible use of the appliances. For consumption beyond the threshold, the cost is €0.5 per kWh.

The neighborhood: we are located on Via Principe Amedeo, on the southwest border of the town of Villasimius. Our property borders the pure Mediterranean scrub on the West side, and the street does not host commercial activities, so it is usually quiet and mainly used by residents. Conversely, amenities, the commercial street, and the "historic center" of Villasimius can be reached with a short walk. In about 5-6 minutes on foot, you can reach: markets, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias, lounge bars, a bakery, a bank, and a pharmacy. To discover and reach all the beaches, noteworthy places, and farmhouses (agriturismi) outside the town, we advise our guests to have a car at their disposal, especially during the low season. An alternative to a car is bicycles, which can be rented near the house. In high season, a "Shuttle Bus" service is also available, connecting the town center to the various beaches in the area.
