350 m² air-conditioned (underfloor cooling) family home in the heart of nature overlooking the pine forest. Please respect the quiet of the neighborhood: no loud music or noise outside at night.
Electricity billed according to reading: HP:0.27 and HC:0.21 per KWh
Compulsory cleaning to be paid on arrival: 2-night rental = €350, 3 to 5 nights €400 over 6 nights €490
South-facing and not overlooked, the house is equipped with every comfort for a maximum capacity of 14 adults and 20 people in total (9 bedrooms).
As the house is on a septic tank, the maximum number of people must be respected even during the day, so it is not possible to add sleeping accommodation, tents or camper vans.
The large, gently sloping swimming pool (approx. 12m x 5m) offers plenty of space for everyone to play, with large steps for the little ones to wade around safely.
A 40 m² sun terrace and a large 50 m² covered terrace are at your disposal.
The outdoor living room and large tables provide a convivial space for aperitifs and barbecues with family and friends.
A large wooded plot of over 5000 m² is also dedicated to leisure activities, with a swing, ping-pong table, ball games area and petanque pitch.
9 bedrooms (from 9 to 20 m²) and 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are master suites.
Bed linen provided (left on each bed but not made up). Towels not supplied.

Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair.
The house also features a 20 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large 50 m² living-dining room.
The swimming pool is double-secured with glass barriers. Its beach is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to mid-October.
Borehole house, not connected to the city water network.
No noise outside between 10pm and 9am, noisy parties not allowed.

The house is located in Trans en Provence, a small Provencal village 1/2 hour from the sandy beaches.
