Very nice flat with terrace and a walking distance to all touriet attractions in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Chiaras place in Rome. We were met by Chiara and her mother when we arrived and they were very friendly and explained everything about the appartment very well . We reciewed a map from them about everything important to know about bus , train stations, restaurant etc . It was almost like staying in a hotell with all the comfort in the appartment , shampo ,bathrobes, the fridge full of water and coke and free acces to nespresso coffe . The loccation of the the appartment was very good with a walking distance to almost all tourist attractions in Rome . The appartment was very well planned and we loved to sit out on the nice terrace and have an afternnon coffee . We can really recommend to stay at Chiaras place if you visit Rome

Perfect start to Italy vacation

Everything we expected and more. Chiara and her father we so helpful! The apartment felt like being in a five star suite. Robes and slippers provided. Lovely amenities in the bathroom. Took a soak my first night after a 24 hour travel day. So very convenient to metro and grocery store do we could have breakfast in our room and snacks, beer, wine! Do enjoyed the balcony patio for both sunrise and sunset. Wonderful!

A very enjoyable stay with a beautiful terrace, which, unfortunately, because of the frequent rains, we did not enjoy fully as we had wished. But the view was fabulous.

Rome Experience

Apartment is lovely with comfortable beds and furnishings and a very nice balcony! It is on the top floor so be prepared to do stairs or to take the lift. Hosts are very nice and responsive. We had an issue come up and it was taken care of and fixed in a matter of hours. Neighborhood is very nice with lots of nearby restaurants and walkable to the main sights if you like to walk. We also had an easy time getting Ubers and cabs when needed. Highly recommend!

Entspannte Rom Reise im Herbst

Unser Aufenthalt in der perfekt gelegenen Ferienwohnung war völlig entspannt und hat mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung durch den Vermieter begonnen. Bereits vor unserer Anreise hat uns Chiara auf alle unsere Fragen absolut zeitnah geanwortet. Nach unserer Ankunft hat uns Livio die Wohnung vorgestellt und uns auf viele Sehenswürdigkeiten hingewiesen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir auf mögliche unregelmäßigen im öffentlichen Nahverkehr oder Großveranstaltungen im Stadtgebiet hingewiesen. Das war absolut hilfreich und diesen tollen Service hatten wir gar nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und absolut sauber. Begeistert hat uns der perfekte Kaffeeservice und die vorhandenen Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Alles in allem hatten wir ein sehr schöne Zeit. Dazu hat unbedingt auch neben der schönen Stadt auch die Wohnung und tolle Betreuung beigetragen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Sehenswürdigkeiten hingewiesen.

A Relaxing Stay

As many other reviews said, this property is centrally located but isn't in an overly touristy part of town. During the busy tourist season, we enjoyed coming back to a quieter neighbourhood where you could be part of the everyday pace of Rome. There were great restaurants and an amazing gelateria close by. The hosts were very informative and the check in process was easy. The apartment was incredibly maintained and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would rent this apartment again on a future visit to Rome.

Perfect location, great views, awesome owner

3 adults for a week, for a senior graduation trip. The apartment is in a great quiet neighborhood, close to everything with tons of shops, markets and restaurants near by. It slept 3 adults comfortably. We walked everywhere, and found it easy to get around. The owners were super clear with communication and would check in throughout the week to Ensure we were doing well or if we needed anything. The check in process went smoothly and we were met at the door for a quick tour and how to use everything. Clean, well stocked unit that totally met our needs for the week. We would certainly rent again if we're ever back in Rome.

Premium Ferienwohnung

Eine Ferienwohnung die ihresgleichen sucht. Direkt am Tiber im 6. Stock (Fahrstuhl) und einem Balkon zum Frühstücken mit Blick über Rom. Dazu die schönsten Blumen, Mandarinen und Zitronenbäumchen. Die Wohnung ist exklusiv hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp ist super einfach. Vermieter kann jederzeit vor Ort sein und steht mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Hervorragend Englischkenntnisse und super nett. In der Wohnung findet sich alles an schönen Geschirr, über tolle Kochmoglichkeit und Besteck und sonstigem Zubehör. Die Betten sind neu und hochwertig. Bettzeug super rein und Handtücher mit groß, klein und Fusshandtuch kuschelig.
