Overall great experience

For our first time staying in Rome, this apartment did not disappoint. The owner was extremely nice and easy to work with, the apartment is in a great location, but not centrally located to all the major tourist locations.The apartment is located on the opposite side of the bridge from Trevi fountain, palladium, and Spanish step. You will have to walk a lot or take taxis to get to a lot of the locations, including the Colosseum, the forum, Vatican City, but what I will say is if you are looking for less of a crowd and to be located in a quiet community, this is definitely a great location. Our overall experience at this location was fantastic, the owner is very responsive, thorough and communicates immediately if there are any issues. Beautiful two bedroom apartment, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and has a great living room space and small fully stocked kitchen. The building has its own private guard, super quiet neighbors, and everyone is extremely nice and social within the building if you run into them. The only issue I had was with the water heater, the hot water does not last long, within 5 to 8 minutes we were left with no hot water, but Andrea was very responsive and immediately came to solve the issue. Even with not having enough hot water to take a shower for 3 people, I would definitely rate this a 10 out of 10 for our overall experience.

This one was really nice

The apartment has two full baths and to bedrooms adequately separated with AC. It was a very nicely appointed unit with a few free perks. Kitchen and dining and living space were all together. It is in a very business sector of town, quiet and within 5-10 minutes to bus or Metro. You wont be sorry you chose this one!

5 Stars – Perfect Roman Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place in Rome! The location couldn’t have been better with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed during our vacation. The AC was perfect during the heat wave.A huge shout-out to our host, Andrea, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was warm, welcoming, and always available for questions or recommendations. Wonderful location, well appointed, great host!

We arrived early AM to Rome but Andrea graciously met us and allowed us to check in early. He gave a full tour of the apartment and all amenties and answered any questions. He arranged transportation from the airport for us as well and provided dining recommendations. The place was a great central location walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We had 3 adults and more than enough room and appreciated the washer and dryer!

Location is great!

We absolutely love this place! The location is perfect for families or people looking to relax. From this location, you can get to anywhere you want to go in Rome easily. The restaurants in the neighborhood are fantastic! The shopping is amazing. The communication and check-in process were incredibly easy. When we plan our next trip, we will be coming back to this apartment.

Excellent Stay in Prati

We wanted to be in a neighborhood for our several day stay in Rome after a week touring Tuscany. The apartment is well-equipped, centrally located for daytime sightseeing, and a quiet spot for catching a good sleep before heading to another journey. We were pleased with thoughtfulness of layout, and quick replies from Andrea. Highly recommend it!

Stately comfort

Beautiful place with high ceilings, lovely furnishings, close to many attractions. We were a party of 6. Pros were Andrea was very welcoming and the place was immaculate and comfortable. Cons are the hot water runs out quickly and there is no full length mirror on the first floor.

Nice condo. Host was wonderful. Great location. Noisy with neighbors and traffic. Small showers. Beds were ok. Laundry cycle took a very long time to dry clothes. Overall was a nice stay.

Father and daughter weekend in Rome

An excellent place! Location is quiet yet short walk to all the action. Place is spotless and surroundings and building made us feel very safe. Andrea is the ultimate professional and attentive host. When back in Rome we will be back here.

Location, location, location!!!

What a gem! Location was perfect! We walked to everything! Even close enough to walk back and take a nap between tours. Andrea was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. Communication was instant! He even arranged an airport pick up! Perfect after a long flight! It was cozy and had everything we needed for 4 adults.. INCLUDING salt, pepper and oil & vinegar. Some places don’t include that. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful and VERY clean property!!

Neighborhood gem!

I do not consider this property to be “elegant”, as described on website. It is a bit tired and could use some upgrades. That being said, the apartment is IMMACULATELY CLEAN and located in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that we loved. My family and I stayed for 9 nights and walked to every major attraction without needing public transportation. The owner was very responsive to all communication and helped arrange car service to and from airport. This is an excellent location! without needing public transportation.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful in a wonderful safe location. Communication was great! Our only problem was hot water. I’m certain there probably isn’t much that can be done about it as the apartment is in a building build in the 1800. Overall we had a wonderful Rome vacation with a beautiful home to stay in every night!
