Vanderbilt Beach Bungalow med stor privat pool

POOL ... privat trädgård! Helt renoverad bungalow med öppen planlösning och en av de största poolerna i området. Ha ditt kaffe (eller vin!) på asfalt med utsikt över poolen med en privat inhägnad nyligen anlagda bakgård. Nybyggd däck på utsidan av det avskärmade i poolen för mer direkt sola! Bungalow är ungefär 1/2 mil till Vanderbilt Beach, offentliga parker, såsom Wiggins Pass (med båt bryggor, båt och jet ski uthyrning, etc), och tennis. Bonita Beach ligger bara 10 minuter bort och Ft. Myers Beach ligger ca 20-30 minuter bort. Mercato köpcentrum, med Whole Foods, Silverfilmbiograf, Blue Martini, en pub och massor av shopping., Ligger tvärs över gatan från trakten. Ligger i närheten finns flera lokala restauranger, en andra biograf, LA Fitness och offentliga tennisbanor. Det finns en Publix i vardera änden av kvarteret (mindre än en mil åt båda hållen) och en WalMart mindre än en halv mil från Bungalow. Waterside Shopping (med Neiman Marcus, Saks, Louis Vuitton, Ann Taylor, Talbots, etc) är 5-10 minuter och Neapel 5th Avenue butiker och restauranger är ca 15-20 minuter bort. Naples Zoo ligger bara 10 minuter bort och är en fantastisk djurpark. Neapel vattenpark är ca 10 minuter bort. Hunden Stranden ligger cirka 10 minuter bort. Vår bungalow har cyklar för din användning och all stranden utrustning du behöver ..... eller lägga ut vid poolen och beställa pizza från en av våra lokala pizza platser eller grilla ute på nybyggda däck. Det finns massor av festivaler och aktiviteterna året runt. Golfbanor finns överallt Neapel, med en offentlig golfbana bara 10 minuter bort (ringa oss om tillgång till privata golfbanor). Båda sovrummen har eget badrum tillgång. Rymmer upp till 6. Det finns TV och DVD-spelare i båda sovrummen samt de viktigaste vardagsrum. Alla kök häftklamrar som för de nätter som du vill bo i! Inkluderar kabel- och höghastighetsinternet.

The Perfect Pool for Me!

The house was so comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen amenities, beach supplies, bicycles, pool supplies and all was nice and clean. The pool was wonderfully warm and inviting. Great location too. The hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Getaway Spot!

Such a gorgeous house, perfect for a couple or a small group to enjoy a getaway with all the conveniences of home!The heated pool was *glorious* in January, and all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces were super comfortable. (Having laundry available in the garage was also a great perk!)The photos truly don't do this one justice - look deeper and you'll be able to see how gorgeous the place really is. Very modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you might need.Tracy (the host) was great about communication, providing us with access info before check-in so we had no issues, and the book on-site answered all questions we had.Great neighborhood as well, very quiet and peaceful (residential only) but a quick trip to the beach or any services, shopping, dining, etc. We also found it super easy to order food delivery, although would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft - or the bikes provided, somehow we missed that in the listing but they are in the garage! - as parking at Vanderbilt and Bonita Beaches can be a challenge. Absolutely stunning sunsets, though, and Naples of course has a ton of things to do.Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

if it’s available for your dates, grab it!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The property is tucked away on a nice street with biking and walking trails close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s clean, exquisitely appointed, and the heated pool is great! The owners were friendly, available if needed, and great communicators. Highly recommended, and we would certainly look forward to returning.

Great Staycation Home in Florida

We have never stayed in a rental where the owner had so anticipated every need and provided for it. All the little things you are reluctant to buy for a short stay were there - cleaning products, aluminum foil, spices, etc., etc. Tons of beach equipment, pool toys, even bicycles. The house was immaculate and spacious, so that everyone had a place to be together or apart. Everything we were looking to do was within a five-minute drive, including the beach. Owner was super nice.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was responsive and attentive as well as accommodating. The place itself was really nice, and in a perfect location. The beach was 5 minutes away so we biked. The pool was lovely! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Superb villa and location

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos except with new bbq and pool loungers. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a super vacation in a quiet location. We especially made good use of the park pass to gain access to Delnor Wiggins state park which is a short walk or drive from the villa. Tracy and Jon were great to deal with and addressed any issues within hours. Already thinking about staying again next year

Great home in Naples

Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

It’s was great. The pool was just want we wanted . Close to beaches and restaurants.

We already look forward to coming back. We would definitely rent this house again, as the floor plan and pool were great. Close to everything.

Some positives but overall Disappointed

We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives: -pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc. -beds were extremely comfortable. -check in process easy. -notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay. The negatives: -some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris. -there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing. -some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced. -the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.

Palm rat haven

Left an apple out to find it half eaten in the morning. My husband looked around the house and found more evidence. Eventually got our money returned but find a place to stay ASAP with a dog. Clearly VRBO Abe owner do not care about health or safety of renters because house was immediately rented again. New renters unaware. Yuck! Never rent here or from VRBO again.

Great Location AND Host

The location of 1 mile from the beach made this a hit with our family! Close to great shopping and not too far from sites. Host went out of her way to get us a new bike pump when needed and assist with needed tools. Kitchen was well equipped and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Naples Park

Very nice property, just like the pics. Kitchen is very upscale and walk out sliders to very nice pool area. Owner is very nice, responsive and customer service oriented. Property is very well stocked/equipped. We would highly recommend.

Perfection in Naples!

Ideal!

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to everything we wanted. Comfortable beds and a marvelous pool. Will look for this unit whenever we return to Naples. Tracy was very responsive to whatever we needed, although there was very little that was not already provided in the unit!.

We purchased our own home in Naples Park and love it so much we decided to purchase another one...and now another one... and share this great location with those looking to vacation in Naples but would prefer not to stay in a hotel. I am in banking and my husband is a flight instructor. This is a home that was purchased and renovated specifically to be a seasonal rental. You will have everything you need.

Vanderbilt Beach is only 1/2 mile away. Best beach in SW Florida. You can't beat the location. Quiet neighborhood and within walking or biking distance to anything you could possibly need. We live in the same neighborhood and now own 2 rental properties. We love it and it is our desire to create the best vacation spot for you and your family. We are owner operated and are available 24/7 should you need anything. No management company to deal with..ever!
