The Blue Ivy home is very lovely. It’s in a forest like setting up on a mountain. There’s a lot of privacy and it’s very peaceful. The amenities are wonderful.

Great location on Lookout Mountain. Cute cottage, well equipped with nice decor. Minutes to town and tourist attractions like Rock City and Ruby Falls. Be mindful that parking is by the street approximately 80 feet from cottage down a pretty rough, rocky path so everything you bring must be carried in and those with mobility issues may have difficulty navigating to/from the door.

Perfect for a couples get away

This was a great, no-fuss, cottage that had all the necessities and no fuss. The pathway isn't lit well at all, so if you arrive after sunset, make sure you have a flashlight! Other than that, the place was perfect. Loved every second spent there. Look forward to returning in the future!

Dreamy cabin in the woods

My husband and I stayed here for a short escape from work. We loved it. The house is cozy, the art is great, the grounds are private yet close to everything you could want or need. :) 10/10 recommend!

Location was great, cottage could use some landscaping, bathroom toilet need some work, coffee pot still had a used filter with old coffee in it and the coffee pot was not clean. Other than that a nice quiet hideaway for two.

The home was small as shown in pictures. The floor in the bathroom has a big downward slope. My family became off balance when walking in there at night with the nights off. The coffee maker didn’t work when we got there for our first morning but the owner was quick to have one delivered. Other than the bathroom the home was nice.

Cute and convenient!

Absolutely wonderful cottage! Everything we needed and so clean and cute. We wanted to do all the things offered at Lookout Mountain and loved being able to easily go "back home" between things. My daughter and I both took turns sleeping on the pull out couch/bed. Had a couple little questions for the manager/owner and she was awesome about getting back to me with answers. I would recommend this vrbo and this owner/manager. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Mountain getaway

Property was in a good location. I was cute and very clean. Owners have a nice book with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Enjoyed being able to have a fire in the fire pit on the back and the privacy.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We stayed while our daughter moved into college. Hiked all the nearby trails and felt as close to nature as we ever have. Host is first rate as was the house.

Cozy cabin in great location

We had the best little getaway at Blue Ivy! Super clean, cozy cottage that is really close to all things Chattanooga. We loved the notebook of recommended restaurants, things to do, etc. What an unexpected treat to hike down to Sunset Rock for a gorgeous sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Ivy. Kitchen was well equipped and deck is nice seating area. Coffee maker and coffee was provided! Bed is comfortable. Nice walk up the road to hiking trails. Would definitely return!

Picture perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay. With so much to do outdoors this house had the perfect amount of space for my husband, teenage son and I. The house binder had a lot of really useful tips and suggestions. Can’t wait to come back to check out a few sites we didn’t have time for. Sunset peak was well worth the winding narrow drive up the mountain. Blue Ivy was overall the perfect host for a very memorable trip for my family.

Cozy Cabin in a Perfect Location

We really enjoyed this cabin! It is tucked in the mountain and centrally located to everything, whether you want to go back into town or visit all the attractions on the mountain. It’s a short drive or hike to Craven’s house for a sunrise or a sunset at Sunset Rock. It’s a short drive to Ruby Falls, Point Park, Incline Railway or Rock City. This cabin is clean and fully stocked with everything if you want to just relax there and enjoy the fire pit and views. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
