Denna enhet är en del av den nybyggda River Gorge Condos. Condos är rätt på Tennessee River. Du kommer att få njuta av utsikten över Tennessee River Gorge och de omgivande bergen! Detta är en perfekt plats för en avkopplande helgresa! Det finns också en kajak / paddleboard hyra företag granne, River Canyon Adventures! Våra hyresgäster kan gå gratis så länge som det finns tillräckligt med utrustning. Tips är uppskattade för arbetarna men. Gary kommer också att erbjuda en gratis pontong båttur om båten och han är tillgänglig! Vi kan också erbjuda sista minuten bokningsrabatter för alla årstider förutom sommar och helgdagar!

The Condo har alla nya köksapparater. Vardagsrummet har en 55 tums smart tv med kabel, wifi och dvd-spelare! Sovrummet har också en smart TV! Det finns också en gemensam grill som är tillgänglig för användning!

Om du älskar vatten, har vi en helt ny dubbeldäckare båt docka! Det är perfekt för fiske, bad, eller sätta kajaker i vattnet! Taket är ett bra ställe att koppla av och njuta av utsikten och solen! Vi har också en ny pontong båt tillgänglig för uthyrning! Det är $ 150 för en halv dag och $ 250 för en hel dag plus bränsle.

Vårt läge är bara några minuter från stora spår och andra aktiviteter om du älskar naturen. Prentice Cooper är bara några minuter bort, och Signal Mountain är bara 10 minuter bort! Båda har stora spår med bluff utsikt! Vi är också bara 10 minuter från centrala Chattanooga. Det finns många bra restauranger, TN akvariet och andra turister attraktioner nere.

Just What We Needed

This was the perfect getaway location for us. Beautiful view and just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Host was made everything is to check in and out! Would definitely stay here again!

Always a Joy

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and we enjoyed it as always. We loved the local restaurant River Drifters and we found a new Chinese Food spot on Dignal Mountain. I cooked breakfast and love how everything is there... the walmart is perfect distance. THE VIEW OF THE MOUTAIN AND RIVER IS WHAT THIS TEACHER NEEDED. We will be back!!!

Condo on the Tennessee River

The property was actually a bit better than advertised. It was very clean and had everything you need. The view out the back door was amazing, looking over the river with the mountains on the other side.

Great River Condo

This was a great place to stay it was 10-15 minutes to all the attractions and restaurants. The view of the river and the bluffs is amazing. Gary was very quick to respond.

Amazing Again

This is my second stay... We enjoyed it again!!! Location, view, and it has everything. I love the property and will make staying here an annual thing. The River Drifters Restaurant nearby was great .. Gary is great and responsive!!! I will be back.

Great location

We loved the bird watching we could do right from our balcony. We were well-situated to head to Prentice Cooper for hiking or into Chattanooga for city attractions. Our one complaint was that whatever was used to clean the bathroom fixtures and the floor made them sticky. That was unpleasant in an otherwise very lovely stay.

River living!

First off, Gary is great! Communication was excellent, as well as his attentiveness to our needs. Place is beautiful. Pay attention to where you are going as it is a little hard to find, and that's a good thing. Left from WI in a major snowstorm and sunburned a day later. We hope to return....and thank you Gary. Make sure to hike around the area and see all that this beautiful part of the country has to offer.

Relaxing stay in comfortable condo

The condo was very well laid out with comfortable furniture. The bed was perfect. We went on a chilly weekend but the river view is beautiful and relaxing and the condo was perfect for relaxing with some Netflix. Just what the doctor ordered!

Amazing views and so peaceful

The place is wonderful for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The place was clean and private. Parking was easy. The view and close proximity to everything the surrounding areas have to offer was excellent. Would definitely stay longer next time with a day or two incorporated to lounge, relax, and take in the scenery.

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
