Beläget bara en kort 7 min promenad från skidbackarna av Sugar Mountain Resort & en 15-20 min. kör till Grandfather Mountain & Blue Ridge Parkway! Denna 2 sovrum / 2 bad lägenhet ligger i The Reserve Jag sover bekvämt 6. Stort vardagsrum med öppen planlösning med gott om avkopplande fläckar, stor staplad stengasspejpe, matbord sittplatser 6 + 2 personer inbyggda barstolar. Köket innehåller allt du behöver för att få dig att känna dig som hemma, krydda rack, stemware, mixer och matlagning levererar massor! Njut av den privata bubblande badtunna / spa på det avskilda 300 + squ ft däck med utsikt över några av de bästa vyerna du kan hitta i Blue Ridge Mountains! Däcket innehåller också en konversationsuppsättning och extra åtkomst från sovrummet! Känn dig borta från allt men fortfarande inom räckhåll till 5-10 min nerför berget till 2 livsmedelsbutiker, massor av restauranger och downtown Banner Elk!

Summit Lodge är inte placerad i närheten av några andra byggnader till sidorna, vilket ger ultimat privatliv och gott om grönutrymme ute för barnen och ungarna att hyra och spela! Du kommer inte att känna att du är i en lägenhet som är säker ..

Summit Lodge på Sugar Mountain är roligt året runt! På sommartiden är det cirka 20-25 grader svalare än CLT / ATL / Eastern NC och ca. 10 grader svalare än andra "bergstäder" på grund av den höga höjden (5000 + ft)! Under våren och sommaren har du oändliga aktiviteter som forsränning, ridning, flugfiske, vinprovning på närliggande vackra vingårdar (Grandfather Vineyard eller Linville Vineyards), flodrör, vandring, zipfodring och mycket mer! Höst är den perfekta tiden att kryssa Blue Ridge Parkway för att se det ljusa lövverket, eller du kan njuta av den otroliga utsikten från det stora däcket! De gröna färgerna på sommaren är också ganska fantastiska! Under vintermånaderna kan du delta i skidåkning, snowboard, snöbana och även ridning! Oavsett om du vill sparka tillbaka eller slappna av, finns det något för dig i High Country!

Vi har också en informationsbok som innehåller användbara uppgifter om lokal mat, tillgång till hissar, utomhusaktiviteter, vandring, vägbeskrivning till Blue Ridge Parkway & Grandfather Mountain.

Gorgeous Views!

Perfect space and cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We loved the crib for our son and all the kid amenities. It made our stay extra easy and relaxing. We would highly recommend this very clean and cozy condo! Great location for skiing too!

Ski trip

Had a great stay. The place was clean and spacious. It was stocked with all necessary items. Only downside was that it was very windy outside and we were not able to enjoy the back porch or hot tub due to the wind. But the views were beautiful. We were able to find a path at the top of the neighborhood that cuts through the woods to top of the ski lift, which was great! 10/10 for our stay. Thank you!

Great getaway

Weekend getaway after Thanksgiving. The view from the deck was amazing. We even had a little snow and very cold but the condo was warm and cozy. Had to Contact the owner about a simple matter and they responded promptly. We would stay here again.

Great Location On Sugar Mountain

Super comfortable stay! We loved the hot tub and the ability to walk to the ski slopes! The views are incredible!! Would love to stay here again.

Holiday ski trip

Great trip! The condo was perfect with the hot tub a big bonus. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The new year's gift basket was an extra treat. We would stay here again any time.

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our time together. The cooking pots and pans didn’t match the otherwise excellent quality of our experience. But that is a small concern. We would stay here again!

A Sugar Christmas

We booked this condo for our Christmas vacation this year and could not be more pleased. Check in was extremely simple and the living areas and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The balcony had amazing views! The kitchen has all you basic cooking necessities- I had everything I needed to make a Christmas lasagna and there is a Food Lion at the foot of the mountain (about a 10 minute drive) to get groceries. We had a gift bag left for us which was filled with local goodies to enjoy. The only negative is my husband is now looking to buy property in the area! Hahahaa! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Perfect family holiday

Our family of 6 spent 5 days together snowboarding, hot tubing, playing games, cooking and eating in this lovely fully stocked condo. The owners were always quickly responsive and made sure that no questions are concerns were left unanswered. Thank you for this rejuvenating vacation! Waking up to the view from the place has been truly appreciated.

Stunningly beautiful views, comfy beds, and a wonderful kitchen to cook!

They really provide small things to make your stay everything it can be. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal here and were very impressed by all the casserole dishes, Tupperware, glassware, and random items we used like a blender, peeler, etc. A very cozy place to unplug and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. The hot tub is really the way to end a day of hiking/sightseeing/skiing--and WHAT A VIEW!

Mountain Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. The views are absolutely stunning! The property had everything we needed for a restful time away from work and school. Our two dogs loved it, too! We visited Linville Falls and Grandfather Mountain and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return again!

Sugar Mountain getaway

Property is exactly as described! Lots of extra blankets and cozy fireplace were nice. Access to Sugar Mountain slopes is a 5-10 minute walk, as mentioned but just fyi if you have novice skiers, it does put you at the top of the mountain with difficult slopes ahead. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the bottom of the mountain which you may prefer if you are not experienced skiers. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

Happiness

We've stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Master King bed very comfortable; this unit stands alone and has it's own little parking area, which is flat and has no cars coming by which we really like! Has all the comforts of home with a view that is pure heaven. We will continue to come back :)

The type of rental you want

Before I get into the house itself, I'd like to start by saying Sheryl and Anthony are the type of people you want to rent from. We had a couple issues but they were quick to address our concerns and remedied the situation to our liking. That is so important in this day and age renting a home and I can't thank them enough for their prompt attention and friendliness in the process.For the condo itself, you're literally on top of the mountain there which I think is awesome. I'm a weather nerd and being up there is so cool because the weather is very dynamic and I enjoyed taking in the beautiful views throughout the day and witness the weather changes. The house is very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Everything worked well and the beds and furniture were comfortable. My wife and I always look at each rental and ponder whether the owners spend actual time there or not and you can tell by how comfortable everything is and this is a property that is loved and looked after. We will hopefully return and stay here get in the near future!

Great location

Great location and beautiful view from the deck. Very clean The owners were very communicative when the hot tub wasn’t working properly. They had someone come fix it as soon as they could and even offered to refund part of the trip since it didn’t work for the majority of our stay. It was a bummer not having a hot soak after a day on the slopes, but their efforts to help did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend

Beautiful Condo!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Lovely views! Sunset in the hot tub was spectacular! Fireplace! Full kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Walk to Sugar’s Summit lift is uphill, however, we loved the location!!! Every morning we were able to board down the slopes to get lift tickets, then ride the lift back up to the condo at the end of the day! Super easy! Also, condo is close to Food Lion and Lowe’s Foods, restaurants, shopping, and Alpine coaster. Will definitely try to book here in the future!

We have been coming from Florida to NC every summer for over 15 years. We have never stayed in a more beautiful, fully equipped unit. The Host and Hostess were so welcoming, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The hot tub on the deck was a spectacular addition. We were never hot tub people but the view of sunset turned us into daily “hot tubers.” The furniture, bedding, towels ,blankets and pillows were plentiful as was the kitchen assessories. We can say enough great things about the unit and the Hostess. We feel like she has become our friend and we will be staying there next summer. The location is also fabulous…close to Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, nail salon and grocery stores. Also for golfers, great proximity to many golf courses. A Wonderful Three Days

The temps were absolutely perfect. We had scheduled three days of mountain activities eating at the area restaurants, visiting Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls. We even visited a local church. We came home each afternoon to a wonderful home that was beautiful and comfortable as well. The views were spectacular and our walks in the neighborhood invigorating. The only negative was the workers hammering as they replaced the siding on the unit.

We have stayed in this condo 3x ~ equipped with all we needed to eat in more and have take out. King bed very comfortable. This unit is off to the side with no traffic, which makes it very nice for pets and young children. The best thing about this property is the friendliness of the owners. If you message Sheryl, with any question or comment, you are sure to get a response very quickly.

Exceeded Expectations

Have had many vacations at Sugar Mnt Reserve, but this was our first using VRBO (not a realtor) Sheryl was warm, friendly and more responsive than any realtor in the past! The condo was PERFECT for our golden, she had lots of space outside away from traffic. Kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and just the little thoughtful things throughout the condo made it feel like home. Internet was great, so we were able to Netflix and chill nicely! We definitely feel blessed to have found this home for our wonderful 10 night stay! Hope to be back soon!
