Om du letar efter en avkopplande bergsresa med fantastisk utsikt på en asfalterad väg som är bekväm för underhållning, restauranger och shopping, är detta platsen för dig! Vi är belägna på Appalachian Ski Mountain, mellan Boone och Blowing Rock, mindre än en mil till sluttningarna vid Appalachian Ski Resort och 2 miles till Blue Ridge Parkway.

"Serenity" erbjuder vacker långsiktigt bergsutsikt från de viktigaste vardagsrummen och täckt däck. Den är utrustad med central värme / luft, är fullt möblerad, har ett välutrustat matkök med plats för 6, och ett rymligt vardagsrum med en öppen spis med bensin och en stor (50-55 ”) lägenhet skärm-TV. Hemmet är ungefär 1000 kvm och har en 2-sovrums 2 badrum delad planlösning (kommer att sova 6 med användning av en utdragbar soffa). Ett sovrum är utrustat med en king size-säng, byrå, nattbord, platt-TV och har ett bifogat badkar med badkar / duschkombination. Det andra sovrummet är utrustat med en dubbelsäng, byrå, nattbord, platt-TV och ett bifogat badkar med dusch. Grundkabel finns i vardagsrummet och höghastighetsinternet (WiFi) och NetFlix ingår i alla rum. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i enheten. Denna enhet ligger på andra våningen. Ingången till enheten har trappor, men en gång inuti är alla rum på samma våning. Det finns stenlagd åtkomst och parkering för högst 2 bilar. Tyvärr, ingen rökning, inga husdjur.

Lovely condo at 3800 feet, directly above Tweetsie RR, easy to reach from Boone or Blowing Rock on paved road with very steep and hairpin driveway. Second floor unit with very good view of mountain ridges and sunrise. Entry with code that was texted just before our arrival. Plenty of windows and a very nice arrangement of bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of nicely decorated living area. Good kitchen set up with fairly complete cooking equipment and some oils, spices. The sleeper sofa becomes uncomfortable for sitting after a while. Beds are comfortable. Showers are good. The host communicated very well. The area is very quiet and private. There is no place for a small child to play safely outside, if that is important for others. Parking would be pretty snug if all units were in use. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us to spend a long weekend wandering the high country.

Needed a break

My girlfriend and I had to watch my 7 month old grandson for 11 days and we realized we are too OLD for an infant... . He was a joy to watch but she did a majority of the work. I told her we were going to the mountains(we live in Eastern NC). The property was incredible. The view from the deck was breathtaking. We WILL be going back. We needed the quiet time and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

This is a great upstairs, one level, unit with a wonderful view. It is very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Blowing Rock, and Boone. We will definitely plan to visit again.

App State Football Weekend

The location was great. The condo was well stocked and clean. Making breakfast for 5 college students was really easy. The condo had parking for 2 cars. I would rent this unit again. The view off the deck is stunning.

Spectacular Views

Cozy and conveniently located, this townhome style apartment was everything we were looking for in the Blowing Rock area…and with great views of the mountains!!! The drive up ski mountain was scenic with beautiful foliage, yet close enough to downtown it was easy to stop for an ice cream cone at Kilwins. The Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is so close that you’re just 20 mins to all the best spots - Grandfather Mtn, Moses Cone, and the Linn Cove Viaduct. We loved our stay here!!!

Brenda’s place is a great place with all of the necessities. We loved the view and how convenient it was to Blowing Rock and Boone. We were definitely sad to go, but can’t wait to come back!

Clean house in an excellent location and responsive host

Clean and well maintained house. Excellent location with easy access from the main road and ample parking. Quick access (less than 10 mins) to Appalachian ski mountain . Good dining options within driving distance. Host was quick to respond to any questions and requests.

Hike, ski, or just enjoy the sunrise

The view, the fireplace, the homey touches and spectacular hiking made our stay as enjoyable as last year's. Skiers and snowboarders enjoy nearby Appalachian Ski Mountain, and it's a short drive to restaurants and attractions in Blowing Rock and Boone. Host is most helpful and available.

Great house in perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for four guests and had incredible views. Short drive to Blowing Rock and Boone. Definitely recommend!

Great location with excellent views!

Perfect getaway to see the fall foliage! The location was convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Boone. Absolutely loved to see the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee. Home was clean and cutely decorated. Host communicated with us before the stay and quickly responded to texts. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This is a lovely and loved spot. Decorated for fall a nice touch. Sparkling clean, beautiful view, everything you could need or want. So close to Blowing Rock and Boone, but still in a quiet location with a gorgeous view. Owner was a dream to communicate with as needed. Thank you for a great and relaxing retreat.

Varför värden valde detta boende

After spending a few summers vacationing in Blowing Rock, my parents-in-law liked the area so much, they purchased this condo in 2001 as their summer home. It became a tradition for our family to come visit them each summer and we have many happy memories here. So last year, when my in-laws decided they were getting too old to make the trip any longer, we decided to buy it from them and continue the tradition. This is the first time it has been available to rent. If you decide to rent from us, we hope your family loves it here as much as ours has!
